Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

I’m looking for some advice here. Does anyone know who I should see in Miami for nose surgery (cosmetic)? I’ve heard that Lisec does them, but apparently, he’s much more focused on fixing actual health issues related to the nose and ears rather than being an expert in aesthetics. Maybe he isn't really the best choice if looks are the main priority? 😢
