Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

It’s been 13 days since my nose surgery, and honestly, I didn't even have any major bruising—just a tiny bit along the edge of my nose near my eye, which cleared up in about three days. My nose already looks pretty much normal; there's still a hint of swelling, but you can barely tell I even had surgery. And the pain? Practically nonexistent. Overall, I am incredibly happy with the results. I went to a specialist over at the Mayo Clinic. (I believe Ana Rucner sees him). I think I heard some people criticizing his work regarding cartilage issues, but let's be real, every surgery carries its own set of risks. He’s actually a professor who teaches maxillofacial surgery and handles facial reconstructions after accidents at the local university hospital.
Regarding other doctors, a friend's nurse saw Glumičić; she specifically told him she didn't want a pointy nose, yet he gave her exactly that. Then her cousin went to him too, and now they both have the exact same nose. Even a friend of mine had his nose done by Glumičić, and he ended up with this tiny, upturned nose that everyone teases him about now. It really just comes down to the fact that everyone has different expectations and different standards for what looks "pretty." Personally, I just want my nose to look flawless and completely natural.
