It’s pointless to even comment on the idiots who are now tearing him apart just because he had a bad outing... once he's gone, they'll be crying about his poor performances too, because even his bad games are better than the best efforts from 90% of these players...

It might sound unrealistic, but I honestly don't think the Spain National Team has anything all that special going on right now. Looking at that win against the Frenchmen, it seems more like they caught a struggling French squad on an off night rather than anything else. They really need to step up and actually beat them this Sunday. To be honest, the French team is the one that genuinely worries me more.

3. Honestly, how much talent does it even take to high jump?
4. How much money do you need to succeed in that Mickey Mouse sport versus how much it takes for skiing?
5. And how much time does it take to reach the top of that Mickey Mouse sport compared to skiing? (Ivica trained for 15 years before he ever hit his stride.)
6. I can clear 5'9" in a high jump... I did it three times during gym class... but if I had to tackle a slalom course with 50 gates, it would take me half a day. Branka is jumping about 6 inches higher than me lately, while Kostelić clears a 50-gate slalom 11 hours and 59 minutes faster than I could.

Why is this Mickey Mouse sport even considered an actual sport? Why is this Mickey Mouse family even mentioned in the world of elite athletics or compared to others, especially the Kostelić clan? And why is that clown Joško Vlašić ever compared to Kostelić in any capacity??
