Personally, I actually found out about Dr. Zambelli right here on this forum. Before this, I hadn't heard a single word about him or what he does (lifts, tummy tucks, whatever...). I have to admit, I spent a long time agonizing over the decision, questioning everything, and reaching out to women who had already gone under his knife!! And let’s be clear, I’m not trying to hype him up or force anyone's hand; I’m just sharing my own experience in case it helps someone else choose. I know firsthand how vital that was for me when I was scouring forums reading about other people's journeys. At the end of the day, it's entirely up to the individual to decide. My take is that in my specific case, a plastic surgeon actually did a better job than a specialist who focuses on that area exclusively—and again, I'm speaking only for myself, not saying it's true for everyone!!! Before him, I had two consultations with an ENT specialist. I knew they were experts, but something just felt off. Maybe it was the fear of a botched surgery, especially since one specialist told me my nose looked "perfect," even though I still couldn't breathe through it!!! So, my thought is that all perspectives are valid. Everyone should make their own choice regarding their operator so they don't end up full of regret later!!!!

And thank you for that!! 😵 I think I'm definitely going with Zambelli too... I just need to wait until next year to save up enough cash! Some unexpected expenses popped up and wiped most of my savings out.👎

Most of us in this discussion seem to agree that an ENT specialist from somewhere like Chicago would be a better fit. They just tend to have more hands-on experience when it comes to breaking nasal bones, fixing septums, and stitching things up. I’m not saying another surgeon *can't* do it—I’m definitely not saying they’re incapable—but common sense tells you that for such a delicate procedure on the most visible part of your face, you go to the specialists. It’s like choosing a plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation; you aren't going to some general practitioner who specializes in sinus issues just because they have a private practice.

To be honest, Zambelli is a new name to me too... but he actually had the fewest negative comments so far. I think I might be the first person here to ask about him in ages, and look where that gets me! Now I'm genuinely torn. Cikojević isn't really an option for me because everyone says his results all look identical. Who do you think would actually be the best choice? Did you happen to have the same procedure done yourself? (I don't want to spend all day digging through the forums...) Cheers!😁

There's still a little bump you can feel under my eyebrow, but it isn't visible. It's been about a month and a half now, and I'm not obsessing over every microscopic detail. After taking such a hit, I wasn't expecting absolute perfection—just a better nose. Surgery is surgery; these doctors are artists, which means they won't nail every single millimeter exactly how you dictated, because let's face it, that's impossible.
When I look at what else people get done and compare it to how my nose used to look, it makes sense why people nitpick those little things. But when you start with a really ugly, hooked nose and end up with something small and straight, you're going to be happy with the results.
Anyway, I don't mean to sound rude or arrogant, that's just my take on it. 🙂
The only thing I'm actually worried about right now is how to deal with these dark circles under my eyes after the surgery. They are incredibly noticeable and pretty ugly. Does anyone know if certain compresses help dull them down even a little?

Who was your surgeon?

. I’ve traveled from out of town myself, and honestly, you just need someone who can host you for a night—I'm sure you can find a place. But whatever you do, never, ever get your nose done at some random plastic surgeon's office. Just never! (Seriously, I can't stress that enough 😉)

I don't want to dig through this whole thread, but could you remind me which doctor you went to for your nose job?

If there are compliments, they're usually about breast augmentations; I haven't heard much regarding his rhinoplasty work. I know he did Severina’s nose, but who knows how that actually turned out. Just because he worked on her doesn't guarantee anything for you; it could go great, or it could be a disaster. You're taking the risk yourself. Honestly, for the price he's asking—over two thousand dollars—I’d rather go straight to Glumičić or some other big-name specialist specifically for noses. Plus, he’s known for being cold and just ignoring emails.🙄It's pretty well-known. You just need to check some forums or reviews regarding silicone implants and other cosmetic procedures.

I was actually sure I'd go with Glumičić before, but now I'm genuinely terrified! He did an amazing job for one of my friends... but for her sister? Not so much. He removed way too much cartilage, and now she's stuck saying it wasn't what she wanted. I feel so stupid!! And I want this surgery so badly!!!!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa:rolleyes
Maybe I should go for a consultation with Zambelli or Glumičić... though I see some happy patients with Dr. Tončić too! Like dreamchaser

I don't knowwwwwww

🤦🤦
Wouldn't it be easier just to use the search bar?
The odds are slim that anyone who had surgery with that doctor ages ago is still hanging around this thread. And if they are, they've probably already shared their story.

I already tried searching... but it’s mostly old stories. Does anyone have more recent experience? I'm also curious about the cost... a few years back it was around $2,400. I really hope it hasn't gone up!
Hey everyone!

I've been lurking in this thread for quite a while now... I finally worked up the nerve to go through with nose surgery, but I’d love to hear your honest take on who the absolute best is!

I remember seeing Zambelli mentioned all the time before, but he seems to have disappeared from the conversation lately. I was leaning toward booking him, but honestly, I'm a little nervous. Could you guys share some more feedback on his work? To be blunt, I don't care if he's charming or polite—I just need to know if he can actually deliver the results!

Thanks so much in advance
