I went ahead and had comprehensive blood and urine tests done, and everything came back perfectly clear.
However, the discomfort hasn't improved at all.

It feels like a constant burning sensation whenever I touch it, almost as if I’ve had a severe sunburn or a sudden blast of hot air.
Visually, there isn't any change at all; the skin looks completely normal, yet the stinging discomfort persists.
