Finally, a loss! Maybe now that we’ve been embarrassed by a mediocre Poland squad, the "experts" in charge—those Republican types running handball—will finally pack their bags. Goluža was never much of anything as a player, so expecting him to actually coach is a joke. Honestly, what we saw today was an absolute disgrace, and someone needs to say it out loud. We realists have been waiting for this, and thank God it finally happened; you can't force progress through sheer willpower alone. After how things went with football, if we can't break up this mafia-style cronyism and get these people out of their comfortable seats, we don't stand a chance in handball either. Thank God for the defeat. This is rock bottom. In a country this broke, even the simple comforts of bread and games aren't enough to take the sting out of it.
