Look, lady, even though I'm a guy, I’d kill for a nose like that. Seriously, where would I even start? :P Honestly, don't bother with surgery. Unless you're actually super insecure about it—then go ahead and flush $2,000 down the drain. But honestly, the difference would be tiny because your nose is already pretty damn good. 🙂🙂

The more I scroll through these comments, the more I’m freaking out about getting surgery. Is it actually possible that out of every single doctor out there, not one has a perfect reputation?
I’m constantly lurking on this forum, and I’ll find some surgeon who looks totally amazing, only to flip through a few pages and realize they absolutely wrecked someone's nose—even if they nailed it for someone else.
Look, I get that every nose is different, but I gotta ask: is there seriously any doctor out there who can fix a nose properly without leaving you with lumps, bumps, or other issues?

I've got both aesthetic and health issues going on. My deviated septum is a total pain and makes breathing a struggle—not constant, but I definitely find myself mouth-breathing way too much. I was thinking about heading
to the Mayo Clinic in Miami for surgery, specifically at the public hospital rather than a private clinic. Does anyone know if it’s actually possible to get both done at once? And what are we looking at price-wise? Is it even worth doing it at the hospital
versus some fancy private place? What's the deal with the results and the costs? I tried digging through this forum for answers, but there are just way too many pages to sift through.

Alright, here it is. Checking back in after scrolling through a ton of pages. Some of you probably already know my deal, but I gotta
say it again because I’m basically obsessed with this. So, I'm 14 and looking into nose surgery.
A few things are driving me crazy. Like, I have this nasal deformity involving part of my sinus. Because of that, every three months or so, I'm dealing with
some kind of lung issue, constant congestion, or something else entirely. Right now, my lymph nodes are swollen, supposedly because of the sinuses. On top of needing surgery for the health issues and the deformity, the way it looks is eating at me. Honestly, I don't care if my face stays swollen for a few months if it fixes my health or my look. Bottom line: is it possible to do one surgery that covers both medical and aesthetic stuff? Can I fix the health side and the looks all at once? If that makes sense. Also, any idea what the average cost is? Btw, my parents are totally down for whatever.

But honestly? You should probably wait a bit. In my opinion, guys don't get scrutinized nearly as much as girls for stuff like bigger noses or ears. Guys have rougher features—not everyone, obviously, but personally, I think a bump on a guy's nose can actually look pretty masculine and attractive. It’s all about confidence and how you carry yourself. I know plenty of dudes with "imperfections" who are total heartthrobs and girls are constantly chasing them.
I doubt I’ll change your mind, but I’m speaking from experience. I got my nose done thinking it would change everything—like people would suddenly find me more lovable or attractive. But nothing changed. Hardly anyone even noticed the difference. You gotta prove yourself through your personality. And stop trying to hide it; that just makes people stare at exactly what you're trying to conceal.
Truthfully, you might regret it later. Unless, of course, you're gay or bi, which is totally fine too.🙂

Thanks for the advice, but I still hate how it looks. Like, when I look in the mirror, it's the only thing I see and it drives me crazy. Plus, it's not just looks—my breathing is trash. Last summer, I was dealing with asthma because of my NOSE. Or sinus infections because of my NOSE. I saw a doctor and he actually recommended surgery because of a deformity. So yeah, it looks way too big for my face, and he said I can fix it whenever I want [except for kids under 10]. Basically, I’m thinking about doing it just like Blanka Vlašić did. Alright, look, I'm new here so you guys probably think I'm losing it. I'm 14 right now and I can't stop obsessing over nose surgery. If I go through with it, I want to fix the deformity AND get the cosmetic stuff done at the same time, like sanding down the bump. Is that even a thing? What do you guys think?
