Ryan Chavez3 said:Wait, hold on—do you actually have to be a New York Yankees member just to get into the bleachers?

It’s not even mentioned on the official "New York Yankees" website or anything.

*The bleachers are downstairs$10.

*Tickets go on sale this Thursday and stay available through Saturday, daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. If you're buying them at the stadium on game day, sales start at 9 AM.

Seriously, they need to clear this up and tell us exactly where to go, because a ton of people have already grabbed their tickets.
By the way, if anyone's wondering how the whole ticket purchase thing works (buying directly from the source)
-you gotta bring your own ID with you
-for every extra ticket you want, you need to bring an ID or a photocopy or even just a picture of the ID
Then the lady at the window checks if the names match the "official list," and if they aren't on there, you're out of luck—no tickets for you.

It all boils down to two things, really...
-Personalized tickets aren't just allowed, they're actually going to be mandatory for every single club starting next season. It’s happening.
-Those vouchers and "blacklists"? Total nonsense. They aren't legal and have absolutely zero basis in US law. Period.

So, go ahead and decide for yourselves what you're actually fighting against...

Sunday is going to be a massive test for everyone, no doubt about it.
Since we’re all obviously heading out to the East Side, I think it’s absolutely crucial that everything goes down without any chaos, because if things get messy, tomorrow’s headlines are going to absolutely gut us.

Alex Campbell54 said:Nah, you gotta show your Social Security number, your driver's license...

So wait, you're telling me some random person could just impersonate me, and suddenly I'm on the official record as being at the stadium even if my ID was stolen or something?
Is it just me seeing all these massive legal loopholes and grounds for a lawsuit here, or have I finally lost my damn mind?

Anthony Barrett37 said:One person can grab a maximum of 6 tickets! Each ticket is personalized (it actually has the fan's full legal name on it), so whoever's buying them has to show an ID or a photo of one during the checkout process.

I don't get this at all... if someone is buying those 6 tickets, are they supposed to have 6 different IDs on them right then and there—which sounds like some major legal headache—or are all the tickets just under their own name?

If you ask me, that whole thing with the fascist imagery was just pathetic... I honestly don't get who thinks that's okay to sing or what the hell the point even is 🤷
They did more damage to the reputation of the supporter group with that stunt than they ever could have with 500 flares.
I'm sure the most likely comeback from people will be calling me some hardcore leftist, a commie, or saying I love old-school political anthems.

Jesse Campbell said:Mamić doesn't have any public support. That's total nonsense. According to every single poll out there, he is extremely, deeply hated...

Sure, you've got a few thousand poor souls who show up over the summer using free tickets, but generally speaking? Hardly anyone gives a damn about him...

Man, you are dead wrong on this one..
So, I was talking to this buddy of mine the other day—he's not really into the whole die-hard fan scene, just your typical "average Joe" type who keeps a casual eye on what's going on in US Soccer. I asked him what he thought about ZM, and the second I dropped that name, he just started cracking up, calling him a king, a legend, and all that crap..
Do you guys even realize that ZM isn't actually stupid? He’s calculated. He’s playing the clown, acting like a complete ridiculous joke on TV and in the papers on purpose, because it entertains people. To most folks, he's just this funny, charismatic figure, not some criminal mastermind or villain.
Even though it goes against common sense, I'd bet anything that if a guy like ZM showed up with deep pockets and actual winning results, half the fans would be begging to have him run the whole club.

Exactly, I didn't want to jump the gun earlier because I didn't want people thinking I was just trying to start a fight. But look, the real issue here is how much the casual fans—you know, the masses who claim to support Real Madrid—just don't give a damn about what's actually happening behind the scenes at the club. Honestly, if you ran a poll in a city like Chicago or NYC about actual loyalty to the team, my guess is that 60% of people wouldn't even care who's running the show or who sits on the board. As long as the team plays well, they land some big transfers, maybe hit a parlay on a game, and grab a beer, they're happy. To those folks, the fans who are actually protesting are just uneducated idiots or troublemakers because they’re making noise while everyone else is just chilling in the suburbs with a BBQ and a cold one watching the game on TV.
I also reckon there's another 30%, maybe more, who absolutely love the current setup and the management because of the wins, the money, the free tickets, the perks, the handouts, all that stuff. They’ll always fall back on those tired excuses like, "Hey, let the guy work since he's getting results," or "Maybe he's skimming off the top, but at least he's doing it for the team," and whatever other nonsense comes to mind. Then you've got maybe 10% who actually grasp the gravity of the situation, and an even smaller fraction of people who are actually willing to stand up and fight against it.
It's honestly pathetic.

If we could actually get some real info on when we’re heading to Athens, it would be a huge help. Some of us need to actually plan our vacation time, or deal with the inevitable flu, chickenpox, or whatever other nonsense comes our way...

velvetfalcon80 said:Even the Rose Bowl is feeling the crackdown now. Honestly? It looks pathetic when you actually take a step back and look at the whole mess. I was there last night, saw it with my own eyes, and damn... I guess you guys are next on the list.
Don't let them get to you.

If you're talking about the lack of banners or the missing flares, yeah, okay, it looks like total crap, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it ruined the energy. Not even close. Personally, I thought the atmosphere was better than most.
Who gives a damn

Look, don't get mad at me, but not everyone is so thick-headed and blind that they can't see what's staring them right in the face. It’s true, people have lost their dignity and basically stopped trusting anyone, but you can't actually make progress if you stay stuck in that kind of doom-and-gloom pessimism. Honestly? I don't even think people are that stupid; it's more like they just don't give a damn. It's easier to just shrug and chant, "Oh, they're all just thugs and junkies," and call it a day rather than actually thinking about it. And another thing—I really believe that if we used one organized, concrete, and civilized approach, we could actually help a lot more people, instead of all these uncoordinated outbursts that honestly just end up hurting us in the long run.

rowdyfox79 said:Oh man, I totally missed Day 3. Did anyone catch it? Apparently, that guy from the Democratic Party was going off about Ostojić because of those findings.

Yeah, some guy named Cickov was tripping out earlier. He did a decent job tearing into Ostojica, but honestly, he just left me feeling like a total amateur...
And don't even get me started on that Ostojica press conference. It was such a massive load of garbage and nonsense that I think even someone blind would have been able to see through the stupidity.

Look, I think fans reacting to a statement like that from the Secretary is definitely necessary.
But man, it feels like everyone is just winging it—acting purely on impulse and raw emotion. Like, "Yeah, let's go!" but nobody actually stops to ask where we're going, what the plan is, or how we even pull this off. Nobody cares about the logistics, right?
Lately, it seems like fan groups are the only real group of citizens left where the feds don't just shut everything down immediately. And honestly? I think there are more and more smart people within those circles who could actually help the victim's family find justice through constructive, civilized means.
A massive protest (which, let’s be real, would probably end up being suppressed just like those riots back in Miami, only on a much larger scale), just isn't the answer...
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
I mean, it’s pretty damn obvious where this is headed
The cops are gonna launch some investigation into an "unauthorized public gathering" because the Black Knights put out that call a few days before the big game
It's just a classic distraction tactic to pull the spotlight away from the whole Mark Twain situation
Down the road, I bet the police will start looking for any excuse to pick fights with fans just so they can justify cranking up the repression even more...
And don't even get me started on the media—they'll probably get orders to paint all us fans as villains (looking at you, CNN or Fox)... yeah, typical stuff
Honestly, this whole mess is exactly what they were waiting for, like a gift wrapped in a bow

Mark Reyes2 said:I gotta say, seeing that segment on The Daily Mail actually caught me off guard in a good way.
Typical local news garbage though—just shouting "hooligan" seven times a minute without a single shred of actual analysis, just... ugh...🙂🙂🙂

Honestly, it was so obvious in that report from the local news station that they were basically ordered to bury the lead. They barely mentioned the actual incident at all; instead, they tried to pin the whole riot on ticket prices like nothing else happened.

Everything is right there in the link—publisher, year, page number, you saw it all, everything! Seriously, massive respect to you 🙂

I’m gonna send a little something to everyone who helped me out, or maybe I’ll just shout out the specific sub-forum to say thanks for the teamwork 🤣....

It would honestly be such a waste if you didn't put that final paper online, especially since you poured so much heart and soul into writing it
