analogheron19 said:That’s really the core of it. You can't deny he laid the foundation for this whole group.
Honestly, someone could probably spit in his face because, two years ago, he totally botched it. He stormed into the club with his crew all geared up, miscalculated the situation, and ended up eating dirt right along with everyone else. He screwed up, sure. He went off course—maybe even less than some of the others—just like so many people who stayed active for years and were sworn in by folks who aren't around anymore.

analogheron19 said:Besides, I think breaking the truce right now would be more foolish and pathetic than any of those old grievances being brought up again.
Now that it looks like the heat is finally turning up on those lowlifes, we shouldn't be distracting ourselves from them by focusing on our own internal drama.
If anyone actually cares about these petty little squabbles right now, they can just go jump in a lake.

Probably the most sensible and realistic posts from the last few pages.🙏

Jesse Campbell said:Look, I mean, why would anyone even bother calling him a legend? Personally, I feel pretty fulfilled on a thousand different fronts—career, private life, activism, whatever—so being labeled a legend of the Bad Boys doesn't really move the needle for me. Honestly, I’d almost prefer to be called a piece of trash or a jerk; at least then I'd know I'm actually doing something meaningful for the group whenever the haters and the envious start talking. I guess we Jews just have a bit of a masochistic streak. 😁

That whole thing about people trying to claim they're part of the Veteran Bad Boys is a bigger mess than most realize (even setting aside the Mamić situation). Since the Bad Boys are still going strong, I suppose a "Veteran" should really only be someone who is still an active participant showing up. If you're a fan, you're a fan for life—as long as you can physically make it to the games, provided you aren't sidelined by illness or disability (though some still show up regardless). I suspect the current older core of the Bad Boys will stay active until their very last breath.

But the fact remains that Dug is the founder of the Bad Boys. That's just an undeniable reality. Whatever recent controversies he's been caught up in don't change that.

Well, if you care that much, then sure, you're a jerk and a piece of trash.😂
And besides, your liver is probably more legendary than you are. Period.

Tyler James57 said:So here’s to the man who basically spat on everything he once stood for. He spit on his own contribution to the group, spat on the current generation, and basically showed future leaders exactly what kind of mess founders and former heads can leave behind... unfortunately, he isn't alone; he’s got plenty of followers... pathetic...

I suppose you have a point there, but that's my whole argument... do we really have to stoop to their level?
We have our own integrity, and we fight our way. It’s almost funny, in a dark sort of way, knowing they'll never be able to feel that sense of pride again. In the end, they'll probably all wind up just like this... tragic, I guess...

Daniel Johnson46 said:Finally, someone said it. I suppose it might be a bit foolish of me to even weigh in here since I didn't personally know the guy, but I find it hard to believe you all are actually posting this—especially when it's an R.I.P. for someone who stood by Mamić and clearly backed this whole crackdown on the fans. He might be some kind of legend to some, but honestly, to me, people like him are just part of the problem. It doesn't matter which group he belonged to; if you're siding with the people trying to dismantle the very foundation he helped build, then whatever.

Because we’re actual human beings, not a monolith. It feels right to show respect, especially for those of us who actually knew him back in the day.
He chose his path, and well, he finished it his way. As for the massive crowd of others who turned their backs on the group? I can barely look at them now. It's just more shame on them, I guess...
We have our own ways of doing things. We fight our battles honorably, and if we're going to stay true to that, we need to act like it—especially during moments like this.

Robin Anderson8 said:I’m not even sure what gets under my skin more: Ivan Zvonimir čičak sucking up to Mamić, or those idiots leaving comments claiming "there would be no Real Madrid without Mamić," or even those people from the West with their usual takes... I suppose it’s no wonder the country is in such a mess when this is the kind of mindset we're dealing with. Honestly, even the constant security checks and the hassle at the entrance are starting to feel less irritating by comparison.

signed.

Just imagine if he actually managed to floor it in a muscle car—which, unfortunately, is basically impossible in this country—those people would probably be the first ones to pin him against a wall...
Long live the American mentality. Disgusting.

The pipes have burst again.😂

Given how they got caught in that trap yesterday—where they clearly expected total chaos—maybe we're finally seeing the end of this looting spree.

Seeing the list of people who signed up at the Mustachioed Man's place today... I guess it was pretty heartening.

As long as they aren't from some Small town in the Midwest.😂

It works perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever. It's proven.

Dana Martinez8 Asks:
Jesse Campbell, seriously, stop repeating the same tired talking points on this forum. Maybe if you and your crowd actually showed up to the stands once in a while instead of waiting for some leap year, you'd have something worth saying. ☕

🤣
Man, you clearly haven't watched a single game.

Getting everyone signed up—anyone who hasn't joined yet—is the absolute priority right now. Honestly, given the garbage being spewed from the stands lately, it’s pretty much the only thing that matters.
I guess things have really started to slide backward over the last month or so...
The next battle kicks off tomorrow. I guess.

Finally, an optimist.🙂

Nathan Foster23 said:If that’s the price to get all the garbage out of management and clear those overpaid stars off the field, I’d be the first one to sign. We could start completely from scratch, but this time with actual professionals and a massive army of fans who actually have their backs.

I don't think there's a single soul who wouldn't sign on to that. But unfortunately, this isn't Scotland, and in this country, that kind of thing just isn't possible...
Bad Boys - Part IV in Fans ·
Look, what we actually need is two years of finishing in the top three of MLS—hopefully starting this season—combined with finally kicking out that corrupt, old-school mafia crowd running the club. If we pull that off, you’ll see a real turnaround by the third season... 😉
For the BBB, this isn't even an issue; I think people are overreacting. Everyone loves talking about our glory days in the 90s, but back then, the core group wasn't even 150 or 200 people.
Now, the core of the fanbase is both larger and more unified, mostly because the crackdown on dissent—as ridiculous as that sounds—has actually made us more cohesive. The rest will follow once they see things moving in the right direction.

Melissa Reyes45 said:Look, you guys showed solidarity toward the Kansas City Chiefs and the Black Knights plenty of times before—not that I’m going to list all our past struggles against various suits here. We raised a message of support after the police opened fire, only to find out some kid was posting online about how much they hate me. But whatever. We’ll still show up when it matters, whether it's one of yours or someone else's. You have my 300% support in your fight, but don't expect me or my people to stay silent about that crook just because you're being hypocritical. I'm not digging up the past, but after what happened to those folks in that heroic city, I'll say it again and again: it wasn't a coincidence that this happened a week after that mess. Maybe I'm tripping and someone won't agree, but if one of mine had insulted someone to their face, it would be different. As for the collapse, I won't even comment; it's not worth mentioning. I hope you guys deal with him, because you know deep down you lost the battle in your own hometown, and that's not even counting the other guy. Good luck!!

My first and last post on this forum.

If you can't see that this crook is an enemy to me just as much as he is to you—if not more, since you'll never actually win against him—then there's really no point in us talking anymore.
Shouting insults at that guy isn't going to help the BBB; it'll just hurt every fan base in the US.
What exactly is your "fight"? How are you supposedly taking on the USSF?
You've been screwing over the Armada for weeks now, sucking up to the club and that crook while they do the exact same thing at the first game, lighting ten flares regardless of the fines, just because they're caught up in the euphoria. You're being hypocritical, right to the extreme.
Forget about the stuff in that heroic city, the collapse, or whatever happened in Poland, Georgia, or Denmark... we can talk about that tomorrow. This is something else entirely, and it affects the whole supporter scene in America, not just a local rivalry between the BBB and the Black Knights like you imagine.
To hell with the results, the Lakers, or the Chiefs. If you don't get it, then forget it. If you actually read the news instead of just following certain pundits, maybe things would make sense to you.
This isn't me lecturing you, whining, or begging you to chant more (which you should have felt yourselves), nor am I trying to force it on you. This is just a reflection of the mindset of the few people left in this damn country who can still think straight.
Personally, I was involved in mediating between opposing sides in about 80% of the events mentioned above, because it wasn't the time or place... however... moving forward...
The hypocrisy is staggering. Cover your ears.🙂

Raymond King47 said:It’s hardly a shock that people walked blindly into this trap... nor is it a surprise what they did to us... it's just that some people refuse to listen. This isn't some fan war or some rivalry between supporters. They are nothing more than a mafia, criminals, and cowards—that’s how they operate. Meanwhile, we play pretend, acting like we won't support this because it isn't "ultra" enough, or because we're worried about what some online forum might say, or if we look hardcore enough. Honestly, we should just disregard all that and fight back even more deviously and aggressively than he and his cronies do. That's the only way we have a 1% chance. Otherwise, we have zero. And all this support on these message boards? You can take it and shove it. We know exactly what the next move needs to be for all American fans, and we know what kind of unity is required. If there isn't a collective action, if nothing is done together, then I guess all I can say to all of us is: screw us, because we're being hypocrites.

🙏

Since everything has already been covered from A to Z, anything else is just talking in circles.

Aaron Richardson7 said:I told myself I wouldn't say anything about the fans, but I guess I'll make an exception just to get my two cents in...

I guess we all think we have the answers these days. It’s probably just easier for those of us from San Francisco to sit back and offer solutions for everything...
You’ve all tried everything, and honestly, we have to face the fact that there isn't much you can do through any legal channels. What's happening with the USSF is such a complete mess that if anyone else were running things, 98% of people worldwide would be looking at prison time. But I guess we all know the reality here—it seems like Mamic is just untouchable in this country. At least for now.
So, what’s the plan this time? Are we actually going to boycott the home games again? I mean, honestly, the way they're treating you guys is pretty disgusting, but I guess... well, if you skip the local matches, you don't really have anything left to lose. That’s why Jose Kern11 keeps telling you all to try something more drastic. Then you've got tear gas shutting down a match in Europe, and we can finally see how that plays out. Sure, Mamic is powerful within UEFA and he's playing some greasy games with Platinum, but let's see if even that can stop the whole thing from falling apart. 🤷
I won't beat around the bush—Mamic is basically the root of the problem for most of us. It’s unfortunate, really, because there are certain clubs out there—and even some "fans"—who actually prefer things exactly the way he runs them. That's why we're stuck trying to help through writing or offering advice. Since we aren't personally qualified to do much else anymore, I guess we might as well try to offer some guidance, even if it turns out to be pretty stupid. 🤣
I mean... if you actually had 50 or 100 tablets—the ones everyone keeps trolling about anyway—then maybe Mamic would finally be a thing of the past. But sure, feel free to try and mock me. I really don't care. 🤷

🙂
Good grief... Nathan Lewis made such a beautiful point over there that I might just bring ten extra flares to the party myself. Maybe then we'll actually get somewhere.
It’s honestly best how things work in this country, I suppose. Everyone knows exactly what's going on—from the guy working at the local brewery to the politicians in D.C.—but nobody actually does anything about it. Maybe that's just the way it is.
And here we go again. Back to square one, I guess. Round two, let's roll.

The real reason is probably much deeper than this; what we're seeing is just a performance for the public.
He’s finished, for sure. But honestly, as long as Doc and those last few mafia types are still sitting on the boards at Dynamo and the national federation, nothing is actually going to change. There’s a method to this madness, I guess.
🙂

I’m more certain than ever that this whole disaster is finally reaching its breaking point.👍
This little performance we've been forced to watch for the last week or two—this desperate attempt by that mess of a guy to play the martyr just to find an easy way out—well, maybe he'll actually end up behind bars this time.😍

🙂
