You have to remember that none of us are perfectly symmetrical, and that tiny little thing you think you see—well, most people don't even notice it, 🙂
Going under anesthesia for surgery is a massive gamble, and honestly, there isn't much reason to take that risk when you can't even be sure what kind of nose you'd end up with.
If you really want to draw eyes away from your nose, I’d say focus on your eyes or lips, or maybe play around with your hair color and length... or just something else entirely 😉

Women in their thirties usually start feeling the weight of all their responsibilities, especially if they're juggling little kids alongside a demanding career, so you eventually find yourself focusing on nothing but the absolute essentials.
Once you're busy wiping someone else's runny nose, you rarely get a chance to think about yourself. Though, to be honest, I probably forgot to look after my own needs even before that happened.

Ultimately, I think the best psychological approach to your question is to figure out for yourself what you'd actually want to change, and then ask if that change even makes sense. That’s really the heart of plastic surgery—it’s about approaching those personal views, expressing what you desire, and then weighing up the possibilities.

Personally, I completely moved past that idea right around the time I hit thirty, so you've definitely still got plenty of time left. 😁

If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't go through with the unnecessary risks of surgery. Purely from an aesthetic standpoint, you really don't need it, though if there are actual medical issues involved, that's a completely different conversation.
