Every other national squad seems to be managing with just a couple of injuries and maybe one substitution, yet here we are, already nursing three definite casualties plus a few more hanging in the balance. I caught word that Vid and someone else were limping off at the end of training; does anyone actually know who’s going to make it to the World Cup at this rate?
Those injuries don't really have anything to do with the preseason training camps, do they? If you look at the three of them, Niko Kranjčar was sidelined while playing for QPR, Ivan Strinić only played that last match because he was already dealing with an injury during his time at Dnipro, and Ivica Olić has been essentially out of action for almost the entire season, so it’s hardly any surprise at all.
