Hello there. I am reaching out regarding my Dell Inspiron 15. I’ve run into a bit of a strange situation where the touchpad seems to function normally only if I hold down one finger on the bottom left corner while using a second finger to navigate the surface; otherwise, it just acts like I'm trying to scroll 😕. This isn't something that has been happening forever, though; it actually just started appearing a few days ago. The laptop itself is relatively new—only about two months old, actually. I have a feeling this issue might have been triggered by enabling some specific setting or feature, but I haven't quite been able to pinpoint which one it might be (there is a dedicated key to toggle the touchpad on and off, which I have already tried, but unfortunately, the problem persists...)

Hey everyone, I was hoping I could get some help here. A few days ago, I was right in the middle of a gaming session when I needed to hop on the web real quick. As soon as I minimized the game, my cursor just froze up completely. I tried to reboot, but then all these red lines started streaking across my screen—kind of like what you see in the photo. After that, the Windows logo pops up, but it won't actually boot into Windows. I even tried loading Ubuntu, but that didn't work either, which is pretty confusing. I gave a friend a call, and he suggested it might be an issue with my graphics card (for context, I'm running a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870 that's about two and a half years old, and unfortunately, the warranty has already expired 🙂). So, if anyone could weigh in, do you think this is definitely a GPU issue, or could it be something else entirely?
