Don't get me wrong—I'm not saying he's bad or that he doesn't know his stuff. It’s just... his bedside manner? Not exactly his strongest suit. What I mean by that is, first off, the consultations feel pretty rushed. From what I've heard, you basically state what you want, and then he gives you this super brief commentary—he might show you photos of his previous work if you actually ask for them. As for the price, we're looking at around $2,500 cash for a rhinoplasty, and there's zero room for haggling. For international patients, they'll bump that up to somewhere between $3,500 and $4k.
Glumcic is one of those rare clinics that stays incredibly busy. Yeah, he’s got the brand recognition and hands are constantly full because he handles everything from under-eye corrections and facelifts all the way down to Vaser liposuction. There’s nothing inherently wrong with being successful—it doesn't mean his results aren't top-tier. But honestly, with that kind of volume, it feels like you just become another cog in the machine. Because you can't really dig into the details during a consultation, and trying to actually get a moment with him is nearly impossible—you have to book a formal consult, which, obviously, comes with a fee. Also, I can't help but notice that he sometimes does things his own way, kind of brushing off patient requests to just do whatever he thinks looks best. Again, I'm not saying that's "bad" per se, but when you're dealing with aesthetic surgery where every single millimeter counts, you'd think they'd respect even the smallest wish. To me, it feels like...
Basically, Glumcic definitely has business, but I feel like that high volume actually works against him. Based on what I've read from other girls on the forums, and even from people close to me, the whole operation feels a bit disorganized. Like, one girl was complaining that her surgery date got pushed back because the doctor had an "emergency." She later found out it wasn't some medical conference or a trip for another surgery, but apparently just a private vacation. I mean, that’s just not professional, and nobody wants to deal with that kind of unnecessary stress. Plus, if you call the number you get after your procedure, chances are nobody’s going to pick up—especially if you actually need something urgent.
Just like any surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty, Glumcic has his share of fails, big or small. Every surgeon does. But the issue is that when things go sideways, he gets pretty cold and dismissive. You can't even talk to him directly because you're stuck dealing with his nurses via email, and then you end up waiting forever for a follow-up appointment that you usually have to pay extra for. For instance, there were cases where a girl ended up with a hole in her nose because he didn't properly remove a hump, leaving a visible gap, and his response was basically just to say "it happens" and offer to put some filler inside to hide it. So, yeah, you could say the relationship turns pretty sour when things don't go perfectly—and let's face it, things inevitably go wrong sometimes.

stormyharbor2 said:I already posted in another thread about how this bump popped back up after my surgery. I honestly thought it was just gonna disappear, but it’s actually getting worse by the day 😢 before, it was in the same spot but way bigger and off to the side of my nose, but now it's moved almost to the center—you can really feel it when you touch it. If I pull my skin taut, you can see this white spot, kind of like a massive subcutaneous pimple, but even without pulling, it's super visible. I just can't afford another surgery right now, and I have no clue how this happened since the shaver is supposed to smooth things out and get rid of the bump precisely because of this 👎

I can't really see what's going on in that link—it looks like a broken image or just a dead end on the server. If you were trying to show me something specific, maybe try uploading the file directly or dropping a fresh link? I'm all ears if you want to chat about whatever was in the pic!

Amy Brooks17 said:So, I’m heading in this Monday to have the packing removed—my nose is totally stuffed up because there’s just so much gauze and blood and stuff stuck in there, even though I keep trying to clear it out with those nasal sprays. Now I'm starting to freak out a little... does getting the packing pulled out actually hurt? The tampons they put in didn't hurt at all, but now I'm low-key terrified about this part.
Megan Sanchez27 said:Hey there!
Does anyone who actually knows the drill mind giving me a heads-up on how long the waitlist usually is for surgery at Glumicica?
Thanks so much

I just had surgery for a deviated septum—no cosmetic work involved—but my nose is so
swollen right now that I'm low-key spiraling thinking my face looks completely wrecked. I am seriously
counting down the minutes until they take these tampons out just so I can check if everything actually looks okay.

crimsonpanther8 said:Definitely stay extra cautious for at least two months.
After about six weeks, my younger son accidentally bumped my head—totally unintentional, of course—and man, I am telling you, everything just went black for a second. The pain was absolutely unreal.
Luckily, my nose stayed in one piece.😁
