US Mobile Carriers in IT Support ·
I'm thinking about finally pulling the trigger on a new mobile plan and getting some TV service bundled in, so I was wondering what the deal is with all the different carriers and cable packages out there. Like, if I look at AT&T or Verizon, can I just get everything under one roof? Is there a way to get the whole setup—phone, internet, TV—all in one spot for the entire US?
Why am I always so tired? in Health ·
Haha, thanks. So, was that little desk setup actually helping with the monthly cramps, or was I just hallucinating from pure exhaustion? Anyway, I’m currently sprinting toward CVS because I honestly can't be bothered to deal with this right now.

I’ve honestly always been this way; I used to tire out pretty easily, but as I’ve gotten older, things have just gone downhill—especially since I started working a real job. I’ve dealt with iron deficiency issues in the past, but I actually got that sorted out a few months ago, so we can probably rule that out as the culprit.

I am constantly exhausted☕: from the second I wake up, through my entire shift at work, and honestly, once I finally get home, don't even get me started. By nighttime, I can barely keep my eyes peeled, which means I'm missing out on all those great movies and series playing on NBC 🙄. Now, you guys might be thinking I’m spiraling into some deep depression, but I’m actually doing fine—it’s just this relentless fatigue that’s killing me. I take two or three steps and feel like I’m about to pass out, so I have to sit down immediately because I just😲. What do you guys think😕?
Urine and acne: Does it actually work? in Health ·
Go ahead and laugh at me if you want, but give it a week and everyone’s going to see the truth written all over their faces in neon lights🙂.

Look, I totally get that this is all just a massive hormonal rollercoaster, and the standard advice is basically "just take the pill," but honestly? No thanks, I am not about that life. I’ve even heard some wild stuff floating around about people using urine as a treatment, which sounds absolutely unhinged to me, though I guess I'm just curious. Like, if someone were actually crazy enough to try putting it on their face, would they be using the first thing they pass in the morning or what?😢 Not that I’d ever actually do it, obviously—that's gross—but purely from a theoretical standpoint...

I feel like I’ve tried absolutely everything under the sun for my acne, but honestly, nothing is working... I stumbled upon this article and figured it might be my absolute last resort. Does anyone here actually use urine as an acne treatment? Did it actually do anything for you? Just to be totally clear: my skin is a disaster right now. We aren't talking about a few little teenage breakouts either; I have a MASSIVE amount of them. http://www.infobuk.com/media/vanessa...m-protiv-akni/
Feeling like a total failure in Psychology ·
Samuel Phillips2 said:I realized while working in the molecular biology lab that this field just isn't for me—but I’ve been white-knuckling it this far. Everyone kept telling me to just finish what I started... So many years wasted, when my heart was always pulling me toward painting, sculpting, and all those "childish" pursuits. I ended up enrolling in a PhD program just because everyone else was doing it—it felt like the only way to avoid being stuck as a high school teacher forever.😢
Even when I manage to scrape by on an exam or a term paper, the whole thing just crushes me. I feel like I'm going to snap.

I'm drifting further and further away from what actually matters to me. What kills me most is knowing I actually have talent—some of my amateur sculptures have even gotten praise—but I'm past thirty now. I've got a wife and kids to think about, so I need a paycheck. I hate my job, and honestly, I hate myself for being such a coward. Now I don't even have the time to take a class, and I definitely don't have the expertise required for AT&T 🤷

I want to switch careers, but I'm terrified it's too late and that I've already blown my shot at life.
Sometimes I think about just running away... but then I think about being broke... and about my kids, who'll end up being teased by their classmates for having a "starving artist" dad.

I was always the star student, and my parents are so proud of their future PhD, but underneath it all, I'm just filled with self-loathing. I know deep down that as a scientist, I'm a total zero and just lazy. I read research papers without understanding them and without any passion. I loathe it. I hate the lab. Even the people there—the ones who are actually upbeat and hardworking—aren't bad people. But I despise them; I subconsciously resent them for my own failures. It drives me crazy seeing them do better than me.

I want to work, and I have the energy and the drive, just not for pipettes and microscopes. Not for writing abstracts or running statistical tests.

Please—give me some advice, because if I keep going like this, this frustration is going to permanently kill my spirit and my will to live.
