I’ve spent the last few days down a massive rabbit hole googling MBST... And look, the data is there. There's a ton of research out there, but most of it seems to be bankrolled by the manufacturers themselves. The results they show are incredible, though—it basically looks like the absolute gold standard for therapy if you're trying to avoid surgery. There was even one study involving about 4,500 patients dealing with degenerative diseases, and everything looked stellar, like everyone saw huge improvements.

BUT

I can't find a single damn credible review that isn't hosted on their own website or their official YouTube channel. I've been digging through American forums, searching through various international boards, looking everywhere... and nothing. Nothing besides maybe two or three negative stories from people who said it didn't work for them. How is that even possible? How can there be thousands of "satisfied" patients in these studies and all these medical recommendations, yet there isn't a single positive review on a random blog, a forum, or some guy's YouTube vlog? Of course, their own site is packed with testimonials and photos of happy people... it honestly feels just like those cheesy NutriBullet commercials or those overhyped products you see on Instagram ads.
Something just doesn't feel right here...
Anyone here have any recent experience with IBM? I’m seriously considering it for my knee osteoarthritis, and man, I really hope it actually works for someone... The research papers look pretty promising on paper, but you know how it goes. It’s an incredibly expensive therapy, and honestly, hardly anyone even knows it exists. I'm sitting here wondering if it's worth pulling several thousand dollars out of my pocket for a shot in the dark. Does anyone have any actual impressions or stories to share?
