It’s not that he did anything "wrong"—everything is technically fine—but looking at it now, I really think he should have scaled things back just a touch. In my mind, there’s still room to go for a revision without having to overthink the whole process 😕. Also, I’m curious if anyone has had work done on their nasal septum and what that experience was like for you guys?!

I actually went to Tony myself, and I’m really happy with the results! I’m still very much in the early stages—it hasn't even been two full weeks yet. It might look a little larger than what I originally envisioned, but I know that's just because of all the swelling and inflammation right now... it's still super puffy. When did you have your procedure?
Jeremy Barrett7 said:They finally pulled my nasal packing out today, and oh my gosh, being able to breathe through my nose again is just heavenly—I can actually smell things and taste food!
Do I really have to keep sleeping with my head propped up on extra pillows?
Now that I can see the tip of my nose, I can't stop laughing because my left nostril looks slightly smaller than the right one; honestly, my entire left side just looks a little less swollen than the right. I am counting down the days until Wednesday when they take the cast off... even though I know the swelling isn't going anywhere overnight, I can already see the tip of my nose starting to lift. 😁

Haha, it was exactly the same for me! One side felt totally blocked while the other was a bit more open... and let's just say my nose looked like something out of a horror movie 😁 hahaha, hang in there, it’s going to look better and better every single day 🙂
Kate Taylor59 said:I'm heading in for surgery this Tuesday or Wednesday🙂

Oh man, sending you all the good vibes! Good luck!🙂))
rustygardener172 said:I finally quit 🙂
...but I might still light up a few here and there when the mood strikes... you know, just a little something to enjoy on a weekend while sipping a glass of wine 🙂

Haha, well that is exactly what I am planning to do today 😁 wow, but let's be honest—not just with one single glass, more like a few! LOL 😁
Hahaha, Sophia Booth35, you really cracked me up! 😁 Hahaha 😁
Oh man, that's great... I haven't even lit a single one yet 😁... and look, I'm no big-shot smoker, but still... boom, you'll be hooked by tomorrow morning 😁 teehee...

Sophia Harris96, LOL!!! That is just too funny, seriously
So, quick question for the group... is anyone here a smoker? Personally, I can definitely handle a cigarette when the mood strikes. It’s been nearly two weeks since my surgery, and honestly, I’m starting to crave one alongside a cold beer or maybe a glass of wine 😁... Has anyone actually smoked after their procedure?
Sophia Booth35 said:My friends won't stop teasing me. They keep pointing out my nose, commenting on my eyes... It's like they don't even grasp the difference, or why on earth I would have paid all that money for these changes.😍
My nose actually looks quite similar to how it used to be—honestly, they probably didn't even notice anything was wrong with it before.
And as for my eyes? A subtle little lift, really. They were clearly expecting some massive Hollywood transformation.
So now, they just won't let it go and keep making jokes about it.😍

Oh, let them tease you! Honestly, let them.🙂 They can see the difference too, they just feel the need to poke a little fun at you. And even if they don't catch the nuances, the most important thing is that *you* see the change and feel more confident in your own skin.🙂 .. that’s what truly matters..

I’ve been out in the world since yesterday.
The discomfort is honestly minimal. It’s not even really "pain"—it's more just this rhythmic pulsing, a bit of throbbing, or some tingling sensations.
And my nose didn't hurt at all, except for a little stinging from the small abrasions on the day they removed the packing.
So, considering what I was bracing myself for, this turned out to be way better than expected!
I'm actually kicking myself for not doing this much sooner.

Oh, and those breasts😁... girl, you are looking absolutely stunning right now😉)))
Carol Diaz31 said:I’m going to be sending these to everyone for two specific reasons:

1) Every single time I look back at my old nose while I'm uploading these photos, I just get hit with this massive wave of pure relief and happiness. 😂

2) Honestly? I want to hear people rave about how gorgeous my new nose looks just as many times as I had to listen to them tell me how much they hated the old one! 😂

Haha, that is honestly the truth! XD
steelangler88 said:Haha, come on! Send those shots of Maria Hall92 and Sophia Booth35 my way too. I’m dying to see how yours turned out!😉
I’m slowly starting to come to terms with my situation regarding my nasal issues, though I've already got a third surgery lined up for the end of the year... honestly, I am a bit of a lost cause.😢

Oh, come on... who else would they even go to? It’s going to be just fine. Honestly, if I were in that position, I’d be lining up for a third round myself just to get it over with. I really hope nothing unexpected popped up or some random complication threw a wrench in the works. Don't even sweat it—I'm just crazy enough that I'd probably volunteer for a third surgery too! Haha
Karen Grant80 said:Ladies, how long after surgery am I supposed to hold off on wearing sunglasses?

In my case, the doctors were pretty firm about not wearing any glasses at all for about six weeks...
Carol Diaz31 said:Hidden Danke 😍

Maria Hall92 If you end up sending any photos, please send them my way too! I’m genuinely curious to see what they look like. 🙂

It’s really not that different, folks. I’ll get some photos over to you shortly, but not quite yet—I’m just waiting for my nose to settle down and lose a bit of that swelling first. 🙂))
rustygardener172 said:That’s exactly the point, though! You want them to take what you already have and just refine it into something beautiful, not perform some total facial overhaul.
The "subtle and natural" look is the gold standard!! 🤣

Spot on 🙂) .. seriously, imagine waking up with this "perfect" nose, looking in the mirror, and realizing the whole face just doesn't match anymore—total disaster! If I tried to go with one of those tiny, dainty noses, I feel like I’d end up looking like a caricature from a reality TV show ;D Hahaha!
Carol Diaz31 said:That was pretty much my experience too... some people didn't notice at all (or just didn't mention it), while others would tell me I looked different but couldn't quite put their finger on why... and then once I actually pointed it out, they’d be like, "Wait, you're totally right!!" 😁
Most of the people I hang out with knew I was going in for surgery, though.
And those who think they won't see a difference? They usually only realize it when they go back and look at old photos. 😲

Oh, that sounds wonderful! 🙂)) I only told my inner circle, but I kept everyone else in the dark because I was dying to see if anyone would actually pick up on it... 😁

Carol Diaz31 said:Well, that’s how I made my decision, too... thinking about whether people might notice or how it would turn out. Honestly, most people responded to me based on those specific "personality traits" you mentioned earlier ☕... so I kept second-guessing myself. Eventually, I realized I was just going to keep obsessing over it regardless, so I figured, why wait? Might as well just do it now. 😁
Since curiosity is clearly killing you, I'll send you some photos via DM—I used to have a really prominent nose.

I am so glad you went through with it. It was the exact same story for me; I was terrified of looking "off," scared of the outcome, worried if people would notice, or if they'd start making comments... but you know what? Forget all that. The bigger issue is that nagging complex that keeps you up at night and makes you unhappy with yourself. Once you reach the point where you're seriously considering cosmetic surgery, it means it's something you truly need to address. I am so incredibly happy I did it. About two years ago, I reached out to Tony via email, we chatted, and I told him I needed more time to think. It wasn't until just now that I finally pulled the trigger. Looking back, I should have dealt with that mental burden much sooner.

Ladies, just go for it... if you have deep-seated insecurities, it will only make things better, even if it's just one tiny detail. I don't regret spending the money at all, even if it was a bit pricey. Seriously, I feel amazing right now. Such a massive RELIEF. 🙂
rustygardener172 said:Personally, I don't think my nose looks crooked, but in every single photo, it seems to lean one way. My takeaway? Your nose looks exactly like it does in the picture, even if you see it differently when looking in the mirror.

It’s honestly pointless to take photos of your nose right now while it’s still so swollen. You might be able to snap that first shot in about a month... that's when you'll actually start seeing some real results.

I’m basically putting in a reservation for that photo because I am genuinely curious to see Tony's handiwork... since he was actually my first choice for the procedure originally. 😉

Edit: ...forgot to mention: total discretion guaranteed! 👍

No, it’s not really that 🙂 .. it just turns out differently because my phone camera is terrible and the quality is just bad... but oh man, maybe I really will send a photo in a month 😁 once things have settled down a bit, the dark circles under my eyes have faded, and the swelling in my nose goes down. 🙂 ..
Maybe I'm not exactly the best benchmark for his work, since my nose used to be pretty messy—the tip was off, it leaned to the side, and I still have scars from a surgery five years ago, so I'm definitely not a "classic" case. 🙂 I just wanted it straightened out however possible; I wasn't aiming for one of those tiny, cute little noses. 🙂 But now, I finally have a beautiful nose, whereas before, I couldn't say that for sure...
Kate Taylor59 said:DON'T trust the photos!! Your nose in a picture looks completely different from how it looks in person, especially if you're using a flash.

And honestly, just like Kate Taylor59 mentioned, those photos can be so misleading... I remember going to get some shots taken just to show a friend, and it turned out looking terrible—nothing like how I looked in real life, whether I used a flash or not. The shadows fall in such weird ways that suddenly my nose looks huge or crooked or just... off. I’ve actually given up on sending photos of my new nose altogether. But look, if I’m happy with the result (and let’s be real, we are always our own harshest critics), then why should anyone else's opinion matter? 🙂.. Take my word for it 🙂
Ashley Gomez said:Congrats on those beautiful results! I really hope it stays that way for you. 😍

Did you deal with much bruising before they finally removed the molds?

Thanks, 😁 ..
I’m actually having the exact same experience as Sophia Booth35. We both had our procedures on the very same day, and honestly, I look like I went overboard with the makeup—it's like I've got bright red eyeliner smeared all over my eyelids 😁. To be fair, under one eye I still have a bit of a purple bruise, and under the other, it looks more like I applied some yellowish eyeshadow 🙂. But just like her, I know this will clear up quickly, and I'm already starting to feel totally fine. 🙂
Kate Taylor59 said:Look, please, just listen to me for a second... before you jump into surgery (wait, seriously? surgery for allergies?? xD), go see a specialist at a private clinic or find a top-tier ENT. My doctor explained that a deviated septum can be a huge issue for certain people, especially if you're dealing with allergies—basically, the allergens get trapped in there and everything just gets congested. He also made it very clear that you can't "operate" away an allergy; it's just something you have to manage, like using an antihistamine when needed. Why put your body through all that stress unnecessarily?

I’d definitely suggest going the private route too. Honestly, don't mess around with the big public hospitals for something like this. I actually had a similar experience where I went through a hospital system because I needed to fix both functional issues and the aesthetic side of things, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. They actually messed up my cartilage! Those surgeons just aren't as precise as specialists in private practice who focus specifically on aesthetics—that's their whole bread and butter. I eventually went back to a private specialist for a second procedure, and my nose looks absolutely AMAZING now. Just really, really think about this. If you care about how it looks, stay away from the general hospital wards.
Thanks so much to everyone for all the kind wishes! : )))))
Sophia Booth35 said:If you think you shouldn't ask yet... I already had a drink on Friday!
But just a little bit, please! I have to celebrate this. After all that anticipation and stress, I really need to just chill out. Plus, I need something to do while I wait for the green light to finally strut my stuff in my new shoes and show off this nose!
Are you constantly checking yourself out in the mirror since you got back? 😍
Because I feel like I've been busy getting reacquainted with this "new me" for hours on end!!!!!!!!!

Hahaha, it’s probably for the best if I stay away from mirrors, hahaha 😁 LOL 😍 ... but honestly? I can't stop staring, and for once, there isn't a single ounce of self-criticism involved 😁 hehe... it feels amazing right now... just wait until I actually get my makeup done 😉)) 👍
