Seriously, people, has anyone ever heard of having a wide nose specifically in the bony area? I’ve been scouring this entire forum and searching all over the internet, but there isn't a single word about it anywhere!

The bony part of my nose feels incredibly wide, and honestly, I'm pretty unhappy about how it looks. On top of that, I have a deviated septum on the right side, so my doctor told me surgery is a must. My question is: will correcting the septum actually help slim down the appearance of my nose, or are those two things completely unrelated?
