Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

Hey, quick question for anyone who's been through this... I had nose surgery 11 days ago and it looks terrible. My profile looks like a total slide, so I’m wondering if it's just massive swelling at the tip that'll eventually go down, or if this is just how it's going to look forever. 😢
