Living with Hashimoto's: Tips and experiences?

Perhaps we shouldn't go blaming the thyroid for all of this 🤣
I personally know several women living with Hashimoto's, and frankly, none of them suffer from a lack of intelligence, forgetfulness, or any of those other supposed symptoms 🤷
Unless, of course, you weren't exactly winning any Nobel Prizes before this happened—in which case, I highly doubt the thyroid is the culprit here!
Are you genuinely struggling to remember where you were with your boyfriend?
Or perhaps finding it difficult to string two coherent sentences together... because of your thyroid? I find that hard to swallow, quite frankly
