It would allow them to secure a better pick, perhaps eyeing Indiana instead of Boston. They certainly looked like they were going through the motions during last night's game against Toronto. Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if they dropped another one tonight against the same team—the odds are sitting at 2.6 for the home side, which is quite intriguing.
I find that hard to swallow. They aren't just going to let Orlando pass them by, especially after they absolutely dismantled them in Orlando just a few days ago. In my opinion, those theories don't really hold much water.
The Henderson-G spread at -14.5 is looking a bit heavy to me. I don't see any Augustin Magget energy left in that lineup; honestly, some guy off the bench might end up taking more shots than expected.
Love K. thinks the Min-Philly line at -27.5 is too much. Forget about Frye or Gortat—they aren't going to make a dent. At this rate, I can see Kevin hitting north of 35 points easily.
As for Memphis, they’re going to bully them. I wouldn't be surprised if we see the Clippers stay under 90.5.
Then there's Oklahoma. What can I even say? In my estimation, the only thing that could possibly slow down the Thunder is a truly absurd shooting percentage from the opposition.
If anyone has a thoughtful insight to share, please do—though I suppose useless commentary is welcome too.
Just a heads-up, I'm holding this parlay until about 1:00 AM before placing the bet, just so there's no confusion on my end regarding the timing...
Regarding the hat trick, I see A. Afllalo listed at 17.5. I initially assumed this might be a clerical error in the data, but perhaps my understanding of these metrics is slightly off. If anyone here is more well-versed in these specific statistics, I would truly appreciate a brief explanation to clear things up for me... thank you.

New Jersey Nets vs. LA Clippers
pick: LA Clippers -7.5 @ 1.85
unit: 8/10
I am firmly siding with the Clippers here, primarily because their sheer dominance in the paint creates a massive disparity between these two squads. Honestly, if the Nets had Brook Lopez in their starting lineup, they might actually stand a fighting chance; as it stands, they look quite limited. After watching how these two teams matched up inside during their first meeting, I feel I have a sufficient sample size to make this call.

As we observed, the Clippers' strength lies in the interior, particularly when it comes to finishing at the rim. The Nets simply lack a presence capable of consistently converting layups or driving for dunks. That deficiency was glaring in their first game, where they fell behind by 18 points—though they did manage to claw some of that back through perimeter shooting. It reminds me of how the Heat dismantled them in their last outing; the Nets could only muster 16 points in the paint compared to the Heat's 34.😲🤷

Even though Chris Paul wasn't in that previous matchup, Chauncey Billups did a respectable job holding things down. Now, the situation has flipped, and I suspect Paul will handle his responsibilities even more effectively than Billups did.
In my estimation, this represents a significant edge for the Clippers that the oddsmakers haven't fully accounted for (I guess so). Consequently, I am confident in a visitor victory by at least 10 points. Any team with even a modicum of ability to attack the rim tends to blow the Nets out by large margins. I should also note that the Clippers struggled miserably from the free-throw line in that last game, shooting a mediocre 19-for-35 (54.3%). If they tighten up there, I fail to see how the Nets can possibly stop the "Lob City" onslaught. For those looking for higher risk, the larger spread of 13.5 @ 3.3 might be worth a shot.☕
Regarding the play, would you mind sharing which site you use to track these? Thanks a million.
I'm a newcomer to this forum, but I've been following the NBA for a long time, so I hope to contribute and help others out once I get my bearings...
