Dr. Glušac also completely messed up my nose. The tip looks rounded, and there’s this weird indentation right in the middle of my nose... plus, he didn't even touch the deviation, despite saying he would. I just got my CT scan results back today... apparently, I still have a crystal about nearly 1 cm big blocking my breathing in the left nostril... was he just not looking? And I paid him $2,000 for this...

I am wondering how to handle the skin right at the base of my nose. I think it might have stuck to something, because when I try to massage that spot, the skin doesn't seem to move at all. It isn't a huge area and it doesn't really bother me, but I'm curious—should I keep massaging it, or will it eventually just loosen up on its own?

Who was your surgeon, and when did you have your rhinoplasty?
I've been massaging for about a year and a half now, and honestly, I haven't seen any results...
Here is proof that no amount of massage can fix what a doctor messed up...

Could you three who aren't happy with his work please send me some photos of your noses? It would really help if I could see what we're dealing with.😕

And for those of you who went to Dr. Tončić, could you also send over some photos of your results? I might consider going to him instead; honestly, I feel like I'm going crazy with all this uncertainty.🙂 🙂

I can send you photos of my nose. Just DM me your email address.
Who is the third person who isn't satisfied? Are there more of them?
Betty Thompson45 said:Did they offer you another surgery? I had a consultation with an ENT specialist over at Vinogradski, and they told me my nose looks completely botched. Apparently, you have to wait a full year to see the true final result, and there's really no point in waiting another eighteen months because nothing is going to change. I had my surgery 19 months ago and the results are just disastrous—the tip is bulbous, the nasal bones are uneven, and there’s actually a hole at the bridge of my nose... Honestly, I’d be happiest if I could just get a refund, because I really don't want anyone touching my nose again.
Could you send me some photos of your nose via DM?

I did ask Dr. Glušac if he could fix it, because I really don't want to live with a nose like this, obviously. But he’s refusing to perform any more procedures for now. To be honest, I feel like he might just be stalling by telling me to wait another year and a half. I understand needing to wait six months or maybe a year to see the final outcome, but waiting three years???
Now that I've read that he tells everyone the same thing, I guess I don't trust anything he says anymore.
The nose honestly looks terrible, with that hole in the middle and the huge bulbous shape... I stay active with sports, too, and I was really hoping I'd be able to breathe better, but no luck... it actually makes exercising quite difficult. I wish he would just give me my money back and admit he made a mistake, but I suppose it's pretty hard to find common ground with him... especially when you're complaining...

Doesn't the medical board monitor what they do? They take your money, and then whatever happens, happens? Is that really it?

I'm heading to an ENT appointment through Medicare next week to get a second professional opinion... I'll let you know how it goes...

I'll send those photos to your private messages..

I’m getting ready for my second nose job, and I’m really hoping this time goes more successfully. I was wondering if any of you have ever gone through a revision surgery?
The doctor who messed up my nose is basically dodging any responsibility by making excuses. He tells me I have thick skin, and that he can't make it smaller because of my body type (5'7"/110 lbs), and that it'll take three years for everything to settle down. 🙂

I definitely don't want to go back to him, so I was wondering who you might recommend for a secondary rhinoplasty? Personally, I'm leaning towards Glumičić because I really love those small, narrow noses.😍

Also, I'm curious—is there any hope that the doctor who "fixed" my nose will offer to refund at least part of my money, or at least admit that he ruined it?

I've been reading this forum thread for quite a while now...
I felt like I had to jump in because I relate so much to Betty Thompson45, and I see plenty of other women here who had surgery with Dr. Glušac or others, so I wanted to start a discussion...

My septorhinoplasty was about a year and a half ago. I still can't breathe through one nostril just like before, but now the nose looks bigger and wider. There's a dent/depression in the middle, and the tip is huge—it looks like a ball. It's ironic because the exact tip I wanted to beautify is now incredibly thick, much like what Betty Thompson45 described.
😢...I'll share photos once I feel brave enough.🙂))

I keep emailing the doctor, and I was actually back for a follow-up recently where he used some local instruments to poke at something so I could breathe—he did it without any documentation, but it didn't help... I still can't breathe.
The doctor blames the look of my nose after surgery on my "thick skin" and claims it takes three years for everything to fall into place. I've been hearing that for a year now. I've been massaging the tip according to his instructions, but it seems useless... I'm honestly scared about what comes next and what I should even do.
