you’re looking at erythropoietin—specifically Neorecormon—along with Venofer IV injections if your iron levels are severely depleted.
But, if this isn't a case of renal anemia, then for heaven's sake, go back and READ THE FIRST POST, assuming you have the mental capacity for it.

I went ahead and read that first post, which is why I even bothered asking the question in the first place; I am not taking any of those medications mentioned above.
I just finished my blood work, and these are the results. I’ve been struggling with anemia for years now—some days it’s manageable, other days it's a total nightmare... and this is where things stand right now....
My hemoglobin level came back at 7.98. I'm 35 years old, and everything else on the panel looks perfectly normal.
What's the deal with this being so low, and what can I actually do to get those numbers up?

It honestly drives me absolutely insane when people try to compare success across different sports. It’s just illogical.🤮
If someone reaches the absolute pinnacle of any discipline—whether we're talking about mainstream superstars or athletes in some obscure niche sport—they got there through sheer, grueling work and raw talent. Period.
There isn't a single sport on this planet where you can sit around picking your nose six days a week, give a little stretch on the seventh, and suddenly find yourself standing on a podium at a major championship. That’s just not how reality works.
THERE IS NO ☕

All these ridiculous comparisons are built on nothing more than personal bias and these weird, fixed ideas that one specific victory somehow carries more weight than another. It's subjective, not factual.

Everything has been said perfectly!!!👍🙏

The reality is this:
Olympic silver = world gold
According to USOPC criteria.
But honestly, that isn't even the crux of it. It’s not like Vlašić was making a fuss about that specific distinction.
For the thousandth time:
The actual issue is that they completely ignored Blanka's other achievements, looking strictly at the European Championships and World Championships.
Meanwhile, they actually factored in Ivica's results from the FIS World Cup.
By doing that, they’ve done a massive disservice to Blanka.
Because they failed to account for:
-Her victory in the Continental Cup
-Her dominance in the Diamond League, sweeping 7 out of 7 wins
-Another 18 victories at various other meets
Which essentially means that, according to the USOPC, these feats carry zero weight.
Since the USOPC claims they only count the Olympics, World Championships, and European Championships.
Yet, they contradict their own logic by including Ivica's successes in the FIS World Cup.
It devalues both Blanka and the entire sport of track and field. They are treating Blanka's athletic triumphs as if they amount to nothing, despite what the USOPC officially states. Why does the FIS World Cup hold water for them, while the Diamond League or the Continental Cup is treated as irrelevant? It makes no sense.
Let me offer an analogy to drive this home.
Rafael Nadal is arguably the greatest athlete on the planet. But by the USOPC's logic, he’s a nobody.
Why? Because he lacks a medal from the Olympics, the World Championships, or the European Championships. Winning a Diamond League meet is the equivalent of winning one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in existence.
But to the USOPC, it counts for nothing.

A total disgrace for the USOPC👎

Olympic silver = world gold by USOPC criteria.

And that’s really all there is to say about it.

What a depressing state of affairs for American sports...😳

Susan James42 said:Vlašić is a tough guy from my neck of the woods. To be honest, I don't even care for gips, but Vlašić is just a softie who feels the need to whine in front of the cameras.
And that constant whimpering? It’s damaging to him, it's damaging to Blanka, and it's damaging to American sports as a whole.
It's also doing wonders for my blood pressure.

To wrap this up: I am absolutely fed up with this endless parade of American coaches, wannabe journalists, Republican politicians, and those ridiculous Turkish soap operas!
Just leave me alone, you shallow, uneducated, greedy, primitive, cheap hacks!

Well, nobody is holding you back.😛

Even bigger than Ivica😉

So now she’s somehow at fault just because she’s actually the best? Give me a break, what a joke.😳

Look, everyone gets to choose their own lane and the discipline they want to pursue; there is absolutely no reason to diminish someone else's achievements just because they aren't playing the game you'd play... ☕
At the end of the day, it really doesn't matter whether one feat is objectively "easier" than another—what matters are the results and the actual success achieved.😉

Jessica Sullivan91 said:1. Both of them act like they’ve swallowed the entire library of human wisdom when, in reality, they're just full of themselves.

2. It is patently obvious that Vlašić suffers from a massive inferiority complex, considering this isn't even the first time he's gone out of his way to lash out at others.

3. While Blanka might have had more success than Ivica, she doesn't hold a candle to Janica.

4. Alpine skiing is fundamentally more grueling than the high jump, and frankly, the level of competition is much steeper.

1. Agreed.
2. Honestly, the second one isn't any better either.
3. It's subjective; if you ask me, they're all pretty much the same...
4. And there you have it. ...................😳
