Looking for a GPU recommendation to pair with my $267)
AMD A8 x4 5600 k, Socket FM2, 3600 MHz clock speed, 4 MB L2 cache, Trinity Core,
I have a cooler, and I'm currently using the integrated 7560D graphics.

I can't remember the exact names of the meds (I just caught his description), but basically, my sister lost her mind when she saw what the doctor prescribed. She was like, "Are you serious? What is that even supposed to do?" Anyway, he’s refusing to take them. He’s just not the type to rely on pills... he doesn't buy into the whole thing.
But honestly, if he actually wants to get some sleep, he's going to have to swallow something eventually.
So, we're looking at Advil then.
I've been browsing some US forums, and most of the advice boils down to rest and maybe some light physical therapy—like gentle stretching once the muscle stiffness eases up, followed by icing it after the movement.
Does anyone know if a light massage with rubbing alcohol actually helps?

So, my buddy pulled a muscle—or maybe several—and apparently tore some tissue. It’s looking pretty swollen and bruised, plus there's some internal bleeding going on, so he's in a lot of pain. He can't even sleep.
He went to see a doctor who basically just told him to sit tight and prescribed some heavy-duty painkillers that he’s refusing to touch.
I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a good cream to speed up the healing process or anything else that might take the edge off the pain.
