No, you misunderstood me.
My neighbor is selling his, and he’s buying a new one because he needs to run FIFA 13.
He was playing Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 on it, and it worked perfectly.
I'll let you know once I find out which GPU model it is.

The price is 22 miles, since I'm based in the US.

Honestly, it's pretty bad. You aren't going to be able to run any of those games on that setup, I guess.

I’ve been watching some gameplay footage online featuring that card.
People are running Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Grand Theft Auto IV; just head over to YouTube if you need proof.
I’ll test it out first. If it handles my games, I’m buying it. If not, I’m passing.
Thanks anyway. What 1 GB card would you recommend instead? 😁

Look, you need at least a 128-bit bus and preferably 512 MB of DDR5 memory

Look, how many MB or GB a card has is pretty much irrelevant. Why? Manufacturers love to slap a ton of memory on a weak card just to look good, but that extra capacity goes totally to waste... This GeForce GT 210 wouldn't even use a third of it.
The actual model matters most, followed by the memory speed (GDDR5), bus width, and stuff like that.

The GeForce GT 210 is bottom-of-the-barrel stuff and isn't really meant for gaming. You can find anything on YouTube, but a lot of those videos are fake.
Just try it out, and if you get lucky, grab it—but don't expect to actually play anything besides maybe low settings at a tiny resolution.

Thanks. I think I'll give it a shot anyway!
I was just checking if those games would run on it, though I mostly stick to Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Mafia, and things in that vein.
I'll test it out. If it holds up, I'm buying it. 🙂

EDIT: Honestly, with that processor, you don't even really need a better graphics card anyway.

If you're planning on playing BF3 or even Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, you can forget about that card.
The only decent thing to find on Craigslist is 68 miles and even then, it's pretty basic.

My PC is getting a bit old, but honestly, it still does the job for what I need it for. The only issue is that my graphics card, an Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT, seems to be on its last legs. Is this card even still being sold anywhere, or should I look for something else that’s compatible with my current setup but packs a bit more punch?

Here’s what I’m running:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7400
2 GB RAM (though I’ll probably upgrade that soon enough)
Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT

I’m not 100% sure which motherboard I have. I can find out if it matters, but right now, I really don't feel like rebooting the machine.

If it’s a PCI-E slot, any card will work...
But honestly? Anything more powerful than a GT 640 or a 7750 is probably just overkill.

What would you suggest for under $167? Honestly, if I could just track down a new 9800 GT, I wouldn't even complain since it’s plenty powerful enough to keep up with the rest of my build...

Honestly, you're probably better off scouring eBay for a 4850 or a 4870 for maybe $45 or $50 instead.

Just a heads up, if you're looking at the 9800 series, they were known for failing quite a bit, so I guess a lot of them ended up getting "fixed" in an oven.
