Maybe there are people out there who could actually pull it off—but honestly, once you see how they operate, you realize they're better off without all that "work" anyway.

My suggestion? Maybe give him some actual help, because cleaning up this mess takes time, and I'm assuming he has a life outside of this and can't—or doesn't want to—be glued to the forum 24/7.

The chat room has basically gone downhill too—just a lot of noise with zero substance. If they keep posting like this, they're just going to drive everyone away.

The chat will get back to normal eventually—like Aaron Fisher53 says, there’s really no need to freak out. Besides, there's a head admin above the mods, so if things actually go sideways, they'll handle the discipline and that's that.
