I went through the exact same thing once—as soon as you mentioned that sensation of it turning into liquid and how everyone seems to catch it instantly, I immediately thought of that... has it started looking like tiny little blisters yet?
If someone else touches the area where it's broken out—even just through a kiss—it spreads incredibly easily... so please, just be careful with that and maybe hold off on the kissing for a little while...🙂
My dear, based on everything I’ve been reading here, it sounds like you’re dealing with a cold sore... and honestly, using any kind of lip balm or even just some random brand like labelo is only going to make things worse. You should really head down to a CVS or Walgreens and pick up some Abreva ointment; if you start using it now, it should clear up in just a few days 😘
