Best anti-decubitus mattresses?

I picked up that mattress for my aunt, but the motor won't stop buzzing. It’s from a German brand. One lady I spoke with mentioned that when she was at a nursing home over in Germany, it was perfectly quiet. It feels like they send the lower-quality stuff here to America. Then again, others just say, "Be grateful you even have one of those," which really shows how much some people are struggling. In those high-end assisted living facilities, they supposedly just toss a blanket or a towel over the compressor, totally oblivious to the fact that it could overheat and break. But since the nurses there aren't the ones paying the bills, they don't seem to care—they just hand out some pills and call it a day.
