What does it take to open a boutique cinema?

I’ve always been such a huge fan of that whole indie cinema vibe... you know, those boutique theaters where you can actually grab a glass of decent wine or maybe a really craft beer while watching a movie... It just feels more intimate. I wonder if there’s any way to actually sit down with a local coffee shop owner who might be looking to shake things up a bit? Most cafes around here seem to have the exact same menu, and honestly, a lot of them are struggling to stay afloat lately... so maybe there's an opening for something different? It might not be as impossible as it sounds...
