They just check your ID, look over your info, scribble a few things down, hand you a ticket, and give you a receipt. That’s pretty much it, $97, right in downtown Chicago.

So, I'm a metalhead myself, and this is actually my second year going. It doesn't really matter to me whether there are specific metal bands on the bill or not. Metal fans don't just show up for the heavy stuff; we go for good music in general. Plus, having a dedicated stage like that always ends up being a good move—it’s never going to be empty.
