And now I’m scrolling through medical sites... melanoma! 😳 I honestly can’t believe it. Like, seriously!? I don't even think I bumped my finger 🤷 or anything like that. It's just this tiny little blue streak right down the middle of my nail, maybe 3mm... oh my god, what is going on with me? It feels like everything is breaking at once!!! I guess if anyone has dealt with something like this and it turned out to be nothing scary, please tell me, I really need some reassurance right now. 🙂
I actually went through something pretty similar. I remember hearing about this one place while I was living in Washington, D.C., so I decided to check it out. It’s basically a medical pedicure clinic, but definitely not your typical nail salon. It’s run by this woman—she’s originally from Germany—who has over 20 years of experience and is actually a registered nurse. Honestly, it didn't even feel like a "salon"; it felt more like stepping into a small, specialized outpatient clinic! The staff is super kind and she really knows her stuff. She gave me a diagnosis after looking it over and the whole thing was sorted out so fast!!!!!
