I wiped out on my bike a few days ago, and now the back of my neck on the right side is killing me. By the next day, that pain spread down into my neck, right shoulder, and even lower into my back. I’m not dealing with headaches or dizziness or anything like that—just constant, manageable pain and really limited range of motion. My GP just handed me some Voltaren and said we’d see how it goes if the pain persists. Is it actually normal that she didn't even bother sending me for any diagnostic tests? Has anyone else dealt with this?
