Michael Diaz4 said:He’s got a dominant car compared to Sebastian Vettel, but he still can't touch Mercedes... Just watch that video of them chasing each other and you'll see what I mean. Look at the speeds Alonso hits versus how Vettel catches up to him in the corners. Besides, in that article you wrote—which I'm quoting here—you actually mentioned Vettel was slower on the straights. If you have a faster car on the straights, you basically have everything you need to win... It's just that Alonso couldn't quite make use of that speed through the turns. End of story.
🤣
I guess it's really just Red Bull Racing's fault (between this year's design and the engine) because they chronically lack top-end speed. They rely so heavily on creating downforce through that massive rake effect, which just adds extra drag on the straights (something we've seen since 2009)... Take TR, for example; they don't seem to have those same issues with top speed using the exact same engine.

So at Best Buy, things are a bit pricier and they don't have the Hexa+ power supplies in stock, but this one seems slightly better quality and more powerful:
Here's the CPU cooler too, so you might be able to squeeze out a little overclocking:
1 x Fortron Hexa+ 400W, 80+, 1x120 1 x Spire Kepler Rev.2
Total: $126 Futura-IT
The build should pull less than 200W at full load, so I guess there's really no point in getting anything beefier. It could probably handle much more powerful components, too. 😉
What else is in the build? If you aren't sure, maybe just run CPU-Z. How much were you looking to spend? The first decent budget upgrade would probably be an R7 250 GDDR5 for $197. But first, we should probably check if you even have a PCI-ex slot 😁

It’s a bit on the low side 😬 I guess, if you aren't planning on storing massive movie collections or huge music libraries. But honestly, 120GB should be plenty IMO 🤷

No optical drive included... you're getting a significantly stronger graphics card here than the GeForce GTX 750 Ti, plus a slightly better quality power supply. You'll have a bit less room for CPU upgrades, though—you could probably bump up to the final Athlon series when they drop in late 2015, which should be better, but they'll still just be quad-core. On the other hand, you could upgrade to 6 or 8-core processors on the AM3+ platform found in Amy Vaughn12's build.
I'd also suggest overclocking to at least ~3.7GHz by simply bumping the FSB in the BIOS without increasing the voltage (keep it at 1.3V). It might help you get more out of that graphics card.

I'd agree on Austria, but I'm not so sure about the UK.
stormybadger8 said:Aside from the small detail that the Ferrari is actually a better car than the Red Bull... You're overlooking the fact that Kimi is in a complete mess right now, and honestly, Ferrari is basically the second strongest team on the grid. 😁
Maybe Ferrari will have the edge at Monza, or perhaps Spa.
The R7 250 GDDR5 is just under $198 and honestly, I think it’s your best bet here. Everything else is significantly weaker, even if it saves you a few bucks.
