Someone close to me is having frequent episodes that look a bit like epilepsy. She’s in her early twenties and dealing with some heavy family issues. I’ve been reading online about how certain neuropsychological disorders can surface after intense stress like that. During these episodes, she stays fully conscious but just loses control over her body—her tongue muscles tense up, sometimes an arm, and her eyes roll back. She knows something is wrong, but she's refusing to see a doctor. I guess I'm wondering how to help her or who the right person to contact would be.

Lilo & Stitch

Lilo & Stitch is great. I ended up crying at the end, honestly. I’m also a huge fan of Disney movies, especially Sleeping Beauty.
Finding Nemo (2003)
in Movies ·
I guess I didn't connect with Finding Nemo much, probably because I played the game before seeing the movie. Personally, I think Shrek 2, Ice Age, and The Lion King 1½ are better
Underrated Albums - Top List
in Music ·
I don't know why, but even though I consider myself a metalhead, I just can't stand Metallica. That one album with the orchestra wasn't half bad, I guess, but the rest is just trash. I'm not really into the Sex Pistols or that kind of stuff that gets hyped up for no reason when it doesn't actually hold up. Sometimes I feel like albums from obscure singers or random bands are better than the tenth release from a major group that just sounds exactly like everything else they've done.
Favorite Nick Cave song?

I don't really listen to much Nick Cave, but I guess "Where the Wild Roses Grow" with Kylie was definitely a hit.
