Can't sleep? in Health ·
It’s quite possible that iron deficiency is what's driving that fatigue you're feeling... I would suggest heading back to your doctor to discuss adjusting your prescription, and perhaps focusing more on a diet rich in iron, as I personally struggled with those exact same issues.
Beyond that, it could also stem from your nutritional habits or simply a lack of physical activity, as you've already been advised.

It’s almost hard to believe, but these guys are genuinely acting like complete idiots. It really is quite something.

The question isn't foolish at all; I find myself wondering about the potential outcomes as well.

EDIT:ALTHOUGH I DON'T PERSONALLY ENGAGE IN THIS

On top of that, there are significantly higher risks of birth defects in children born to those users. It’s all been scientifically proven.

I honestly don't even know what to say besides, haha.

And what happens if, down the road, you find yourself craving something more potent? While I don't object to it being legal in the Netherlands, that is a world away from our own immediate surroundings. It saddens me that we can't see eye to eye on this, but this is simply where I stand. I suppose I would love nothing more than to one day hear you admit that I was right.

I am quite certain of my position... there is no chance I will suddenly develop a desire for something stronger, and besides, one doesn't need marijuana to fall into destructive habits. To me, recreational use implies something moderate, perhaps similar to how gentlecrane25 might approach things, rather than a constant, daily dependency.
I would certainly welcome the opportunity to have you tell me that I was right for once.😁

There has never been any conclusive evidence to suggest that marijuana actually destroys brain cells. Period.

Have you ever stopped to wonder how they feel watching you struggle? I truly believe we need to wake up while there is still time. Surely there are more productive pursuits than marijuana. We should all try to look toward the future, especially when we consider that one day we may have children of our own—would you really want them picking up this habit? Best regards.

I would argue that if an adult is living independently, their choice to smoke weed doesn't impose anything on their parents. If you look at how things are handled in places like Colorado, you see a different perspective entirely.
Watching us "decline"? I am honestly confused by that notion... nobody is actually falling apart because of weed, particularly when it is used recreationally. To reiterate for the hundredth time, it isn't destroying your brain, and the physical toll is significantly less than what you'd see from alcohol or cigarettes.
The only way someone actually ruins their life is if they get caught by a cop with a single joint in their hand and end up stuck in a federal prison for years—and that is where the real ruin happens. That is exactly why legalization is such a necessary step.

Marijuana should be legalized based on the simple principle that no one has the right to prevent us from doing something, provided it doesn't cause harm to anyone else.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to start by addressing current discrimination and then gradually move toward full legalization.
I truly believe that within the next decade or so, we will see legalization here in the States.
