Doxycycline usage/side effects?

I thought I should start a new thread here. I’m currently on a 12-day course of antibiotics—one capsule twice a day—to treat some Ureaplasma. Today marks day six. Around the third day, my throat started feeling sore, my sinuses began running, and my ears felt a bit congested. I suppose I'm wondering if this could be related to stomach acid issues caused by the medication.🤷I haven't developed any hives or anything similar, but I am experiencing quite a bit of burping and have completely lost my appetite. Since everyone else at home is also under the weather, I can't really tell if the sore throat is just a common cold or something else...
Should this be a reason to stop taking the antibiotics? It isn't unbearable for me right now, but I am somewhat worried about potentially damaging my stomach lining.
