By the way, there's a pharmacy near my place run by that herbalist, Smith—his therapy involves a detox tea, some ointments, and honey to eat.
It’s all entirely natural and doesn't break the bank; I actually went to check everything out myself, though I’ll admit I'm a bit skeptical since I've tried plenty of herbal remedies before without much luck.
If anyone else here on the forum has dealt with this specific therapy, please reach out!
steelseal13, would you mind reaching out to your friend's husband one more time and asking him to share what happened with him?
Thanks!!
Sorry I haven't been around much lately—life got in the way! In the meantime, I actually decided to take the plunge and try that therapy myself. My package containing the "psoriasis therapy" arrived yesterday—it's a 40-day cycle consisting of two bags of tea, a tonic, and an ointment. Usually, the standard kit comes with one tube of ointment, but given how bad my skin is acting, I went ahead and ordered two right away. Honestly, looking back, I probably shouldn't have faulted me for ordering four, considering they come in 100g containers.
I've decided to just focus on treating my hands for now... so, let's see how it goes.👍 Along with the treatment, they provide dietary recommendations too. Apparently, I have to cut out quite a bit: anything acidic, vinegar, wine, lemons, oranges, berries, black coffee, chocolate, cocoa, honey, canned fish, spicy or smoked sausages, beans, peas, and alcohol... The coffee is going to be the hardest part, but they suggested I look for a substitute, like a decaf or grain-based coffee alternative.🙂
Every single item comes with a label listing the ingredients, expiration date, and registration number—you know, official stuff like a Class or registration ID...
Oh, and by the way—the ointment actually smells like dried herbs!😬
