Questions about Mono (Mononucleosis)

I caught mono back in mid-August... I had all the classic symptoms, plus that nasty rash from taking Amoxicillin, but by late September, everything seemed to have cleared up. My labs were fine, my lymph nodes were back to a normal size, and everything looked solid. Now, suddenly, over the last few days, my lymph nodes have swollen up quite a bit again, my head is throbbing, and I’m feeling completely wiped out. Is it actually possible to catch mono all over again, especially considering my tests were totally clear just a month ago?
