Video Poker Machines
in Miscellaneous ·
I spent some time working at a small local casino recently, and I have to say, my heart breaks for those who fall under the spell of the slot machines. It’s tragic how people will skip meals just to stay glued to the screen... they sit there convinced they’ve cracked some secret code to beat the machine, waiting for that one massive jackpot that never comes.
And if they happen to catch a little bit of luck? They immediately feed it right back into the machine. It’s truly devastating.
