Doxycycline usage/side effects?

Can someone please address a question regarding this medication? I am currently undergoing treatment for Ureaplasma (a 12-day course, one tablet every 12 hours), but I still have three days left and feel absolutely no improvement. 😢((Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Thanks..
