I am reaching out for some guidance... my mother is 76 years old and currently taking the following medications:

- Lexapro (antidepressant)
- Normabel
- Lybrel (blood pressure/heart)
- Ares - stomach issues
- Zaldiar
- Betaserc - for circulation

I cannot pinpoint the exact cause, but she has been shaking uncontrollably for days on end, and sleep seems impossible for her... I feel lost because her doctors are essentially dismissing her symptoms, simply chalking it up to "nerves" or some such nonsense. What should my next steps be?

I am seeking some guidance... do medications such as Viagra, Cialis, or L-arginine affect fertility, specifically regarding whether any potential offspring could face consequences from their use? This may seem like an absurd inquiry, though I believe there is logic to be found in it; I simply struggle to frame the question more elegantly.
