Man, don't even get me started—I actually tried running that exact version once and it absolutely trashed my PC. I ended up having to wipe everything and reinstall Windows XP because I thought I'd lost all my files, but nope, it turns out the OS was just totally fried after the install... honestly, just save yourself the headache. But hey, it’s your call if you want to risk it

There's actually a program that handles converting those Microsoft Office 2007 files down to the old Microsoft Office 2003 style...
I think it's called something like an Office formats converter
