So, look, doc—or rather, doctor—she gave me this cream containing didermol and galsan, which she’d used at first, and I guess it actually worked for a bit, like the irritation just pulled back. But man, that didn't last long. Eventually, it started making me super itchy without doing anything else, so I switched over to this other cream. It seemed to show some results initially too, but then, as time went on, it also started causing itching and way more redness. Btw, I’m living in a small town where there aren't really many options for specialists, you know? Like, I don't have much of a choice when it comes to finding a dermatologist who could actually give me their take on this.

So, I went digging through the forums and couldn't find a single thread specifically about eczema? Then it hit me—some of my relatives (aunts, cousins, whatever...) kept insisting it might actually be psoriasis instead.
Basically, for a few years now, I’ve been dealing with these... well, let's call them eczema patches... popping up on my elbows, the backs of my knees, and my ankles. And honestly, I just lived in ignorance about it until I read this tonight and seriously started wondering if I might be a victim of psoriasis too.
I was wondering if anyone here knows much more about eczema, and if there's any actual link between the two?
