Psoriasis [PLEASE READ FIRST POST!]

The details? 🙂 Alright, here’s the deal... this whole mess started about a year ago. It began as these tiny little blisters on my palms and the soles of my feet. They look like minuscule sores, maybe 1 mm at most. But there are millions of them. And they itch like crazy—like, actually maddening. Then they burst, leaving raw, open wounds behind, and the cracked skin starts peeling away. Once that wave passes, you get maybe five days of peace where you can actually look at your new skin, and then—boom—the first blister pops up, then the second... it just goes on forever. Basically, it’s a miserable cycle of intense itching, burning, and open sores. Even dermatologists are clueless about the root cause, which means they don't have a real cure either. I've tried corticosteroids, but you can only use those for such a short window. They work for a minute, but the second you stop, everything comes right back. That's dyshidrosis for you. If you look online, whether you're in America or anywhere else in the world, people describe this exact same nightmare, but nobody seems to have an actual solution.
