Dear forum members, regarding my fight against psoriasis🙂,
Checking in after a long hiatus—just to let you know, it hasn't come back, and frankly, I won't let it. What brought me back to the screen was a documentary I saw yesterday about the Ganges; it wasn't actually about the river, but the people living along it. Believe it or not, they've developed such resistance to snake bites that they don't even need antivenom—they claim even the children possess this "power of self-healing." Whether you buy that or not is entirely up to you.🙂
I was hanging around here last year—around April, I think—trying to explain what I did to myself and what treatments I used. Some people actually accused me of trying to sell them something for a profit. Honestly? It’s better this way—staying away from the negativity and the discomfort. I just didn't have the energy to explain that I lived with psoriasis for nearly 15 years, that I had to leave my job because of it, and that I fought for nothing. Over those years, I was like a guinea pig; there wasn't a cream in existence I hadn't tried, but it was all just temporary fixes.
Now, nearly a year later, it still hasn't reappeared. I'm incredibly happy with where I am—especially with my career and how much my outlook on life has shifted.
Since my last post, I happened to stumble upon two films—pure luck, really—and 🙏 I'm truly grateful to those who shared them! I still watch them today; they became my inspiration to change and work on myself. I'll go as far as to say the issue lies "within us" rather than "on us." You have to address the internal stuff—because once you solve the problem inside, trust me, there's nothing left to show up on the outside.
Self-control, diet, meditation, yoga, crystal therapy, homeopathy—anything alternative helps. Of course, in moderation, just like everything else in life; too much of a good thing will give you a headache.🙂 Oh, and I should mention that drink I supposedly wanted to "profit" from—I won't name the specific juice to avoid looking like an advertisement (again!), but I still use it daily and always will.
The only advice I have for you is to work on yourselves and your inner energy. It works. It actually works. Self-discipline is vital, especially when starting with your diet, but it carries over into everything. I wish you all the best of luck in getting rid of this for good.

Here are the links to those films. Unfortunately, they're just trailers, but they'll give you an idea of the message if you happen to find them.🙂))

Grace Green6 said:I tried reading through all the posts—really, I did—but I just couldn't stomach it once I hit that back-and-forth spat with MacGregor.

I’ve been dealing with psoriasis for about 18 years now—basically two decades.
Elbows, palms, feet, nails... it's a nightmare. Honestly, I’ve made my peace with it; it doesn't really bother me anymore... except for the elbows, which are a bit of a pain, but whatever. Nothing much else.

Here is the combination I stick to occasionally that makes things significantly better:
cut out meat—try it for at least a month and you'll see a 100% difference.
eliminate all fats except olive oil.
vegetables, vegetables, fruit, grains, then more vegetables... you get the idea.
Omega 3 is a must.
Duovit multivitamins for men/women.
Vitamin D drops.
and Labolan cream.
In between applications, I use Kantarion (St. John's Wort in olive oil—absolute magic).

Whenever I follow this routine and spend some time by the coast, everything clears up...
Though, I’ll admit—I lack the willpower sometimes—so I slip up and have to start all over again.

Bravo, bigmamma. I took a similar route and cleared my psoriasis completely—six months symptom-free, which is a record for me.
Discipline—true self-discipline—is the absolute key to solving this.
I’m still using Kantarion and drinking silver water (my friend handles that for me), and you can read more details on Galaxy-Alternative.
Wishing you lots of success and discipline. Best regards.

When it comes to that Noni juice or whatever you want to call it, German researchers have done extensive studies and concluded it's just selling snake oil. That juice is practically worthless.😉

You deal with psoriasis and have likely wasted enough money to know exactly how useless this stuff is—so stop the nonsense! Give us some actual facts!

Dana Sullivan said:Like I mentioned before, following my doctor's suggestion, we picked up some badger grease for my brother and applied it for just two days. Today—miraculously—almost everything on his arms has cleared up... apparently, it was that ointment. Hehe... honestly, I don't even know where they managed to find that stuff...
His mom just took him out to soak up some sun, so we'll see what the doctor thinks after the checkup in a few days.

Bravo—and it's all-natural, too. For some mink oil, get in touch with Ivan Žagar at 555-012-3456 or 555-019-8765; he lives out somewhere in the Appalachian Mountains and does great work!

So—his theory was that psoriasis could be managed without relying on prescription creams—provided you stick to a clean diet, natural oils, and such.
Which brings us to you, 😕

Thanks for the support!!!!!🙏

I was scrolling through some old threads and honestly, if what you're implying is true, it would be downright inhumane toward those suffering—especially kids.😲

Echinacea (standard stuff), Tahitian Noni juice (you can find three different brands around here ranging from $15 to $55), dandelion oil (call Ivan Žagar at 555-0198), diet changes (cut out pork, stick to deli meats, skip the chocolate and alcohol), colloidal silver (http://www.argentumcompendium.org/), and Ozon therapy—it can actually work if you have enough willpower and discipline! There—consider that my "ADVERTISEMENT."😘

Basic said:Everyone here is absolutely right—and I suspect most people dealing with psoriasis realize this too—that the solution needs to come from within us rather than being forced upon us. However, we shouldn't generalize when it comes to medications, treatment types, or even the specific kind of psoriasis one has. For some, a standard dose of Belgrade works wonders in under a week; for others, it actually makes things worse. Even someone who had a massive success with Belgrade the first time might see a flare-up during their next application. Some find relief through herbal remedies while others don't... It would be great if there was more public awareness regarding our struggle. Honestly, I can't recall ever hearing about psoriasis discussed on the radio or TV—maybe some of you have, but for me, I probably didn't even know it existed until my own diagnosis. I’m not necessarily asking for a massive public health campaign, but at least some sort of assistance with medical costs or prescription prices would be fair. As for my sex life back in my younger days—it was incredibly difficult due to the insecurity this caused. Luckily, I met a girl who, once she understood what I was going through, stood by me in the fight against psoriasis; she’d regularly apply ointment to my skin and scalp. That girl became my wife, and if God wills it, we’ll be expecting a baby in six months.
If I could just get rid of this psoriasis once and for all.
p.s. and maybe win the Powerball (just kidding)

My first ointment was Belgrade, and it worked every single time—clearing up within a month—yet here I am, buying a third more than I used to. I've been stuck in this cycle for 14 years, only for it to vanish for four months during the winter because of natural remedies, a bit of willpower, and a whole lot of faith!!!!!🙏 👍

Robert Clark2 said:There are several different types of psoriasis—and then there are combinations of them—that some doctors can't even tell apart. The effect of Beloderm is marginally better than a plain moisturizer, which at least won't cause side effects. When it comes to a child, you have to be careful. I sincerely hope it doesn't flare up, but I’ll remain skeptical—I've had situations where it vanished for much longer than yours, only to come back later and make up for all that lost time, or pop up in a completely different spot. There were times when even certain doctors would ask me, "What happened to you?" and I was just so tired of explaining that I'd tell them "nothing." So, I'll leave it to you to judge. Right now, I'm taking Mumiyo tablets dissolved in a glass of pomegranate juice and linden honey; no side effects, and my skin is within tolerable limits.😕

The first rule is that you don't give up. Between diet and the NONI Juice I use, you can manage this yourself without a doctor. The problem lies with us—doctors always try to treat the surface first. If you're stationed at an ExxonMobil refinery, they might give you a specific menu, but it's all useless if you go to sleep wrapped up like a mummy in nothing but 5% Belosalica. St. John's Wort, NONI, and absolutely no pork products in any form—that's how you control it.

korkyra222 said:I'm new here—it’s actually great hearing everyone's experiences. We're still waiting on test results for my ten-year-old, so I figured I'd check in. Basically, this past summer, my little guy started getting these patches on his elbows that looked like ringworm; then, after a few months, the skin peeled off, which is when the pediatrician finally sent him for testing. The first dermatologist we saw was convinced it wasn't psoriasis and prescribed some hydrocortisone cream—everything cleared up in about ten days. But then, at the follow-up, a second dermatologist suggested it *could* be psoriasis, though she wasn't certain, and recommended just sticking to neutral moisturizers. Now, looking at it today, it seems to be reddening again... any thoughts?🙏

Regarding the doctors:
The first one claims it isn't psoriasis and hands out steroid cream—isn't that a bit odd?
The second one suggests it might be, yet recommends nothing but moisturizer—isn't that even weirder?
Since we're talking about a child, I'd love to hear more details. To give you context: I dealt with psoriasis for 16 years. I managed to clear it entirely and have been symptom-free for 4 months now—my personal record. Reach out if you want to discuss this further.🙏

Look, the issue lies within us, not against us. We need to fix things from the inside out rather than looking for external solutions. The fact that this even became public just proves there’s a systemic breakdown within our own ranks—we need to focus on that 120% and the problem will solve itself!
The establishment—Wall Street types and the rest of them—are just tearing us apart from within while we remain blissfully unaware. The solution is found in nature and within ourselves.
