Hey there!!
just wanted to drop in and say hi to everyone...
honestly, I am just so incredibly happy with how things are going... I think the biggest thing is just staying away from scratching, you know? So, yeah, plenty of sunshine, trips to the beach, using some oil... and I haven't had a single flare-up or even one little spot in the last month.... though I have been taking fish oil on the side, along with some other supplements containing folic acid and B vitamins specifically for skin health...

I think someone mentioned something about fumaric acid earlier, but wait, is that actually the same thing as folic acid???

Catch ya later!!!

...or maybe I'll just switch over to that ivy stuff😉...honestly, I’m just done with modern medicine at this point, because none of those prescription stuff they push has actually done a single thing to help me feel any better...

Man, you really gave me a bit of a scare there...🙂
So, I think I'm gonna give it a shot and try having a cup of that blend once a day...🙂

thanks Emergence...
I was digging through some books and apparently, this stuff is even touted as being helpful against cancer, though they don't really go into any side effects—other than the fact that if you overdo it on the tea, you might end up having some breathing issues, which sounds a bit scary... anyway, I’ve just been rubbing it on my skin a few times, maybe three or four passes, and starting today I decided to start mixing it into a herbal blend with chamomile, willow bark, oak bark, angelica, and a few other herbs meant for cleansing the blood, so I'll be sipping it diluted from now on. if you happen to have any more info on rosopas, let me know🙂

Oh, by the way... I tried rubbing some St. John's Wort oil on my scalp a few times before bed and then just washing it out in the morning, because honestly, that T-Gel stuff wasn't doing a single thing for me... I actually found that Vichy dandruff shampoo worked way better, but lately, I’ve switched over to this Acebon stuff from CVS—it was only like a couple of bucks, which is wild—and it's actually pretty decent... I'm not even applying anything to my scalp anymore and those flakes are slowly starting to disappear... I might even head to the salon soon😉 I've been avoiding getting my hair done for two whole years because of this mess... so, how are you guys all dealing with scalp psoriasis?

you can actually find that Doppel Herz Fish Oil 1000mg + Folic Acid + B6 + B12 + Omega 3 at basically any CVS or Walgreens around here now
I’ve been taking it for some other reasons, but honestly, it feels amazing on me... I'm usually super sensitive to all those different supplements because my stomach is just so finicky and everything makes me feel nauseous, but this stuff? Totally fine, no issues at all
Plus, those B vitamins are great for your skin too, so maybe it might help some of you out

I think the bottle with 123 softgels is a little under $27, and I usually take two every morning

just wanted to jump in here! I haven't been on the forum for a few days so I'm just catching up on everything... and yeah, I also use that Doppel Herz Fish Oil 1000mg + Folic Acid + B6 + B12 + Omega 3. Like I mentioned before, I pair the fish oil with beta carotene, and I drink two or three cups of pokeweed tea every single day, sipping it slowly, but then I also go out and pick fresh pokeweed every day and rub it on with calendula ointment, St. John's Wort, or even Vaseline—honestly, I have a whole house full of these greasy ointments, so whenever I walk past them, I just grab whatever and smear it on🙂 and if I get a chance, I'll hit the tanning salon once a week, though I haven't gone in about two weeks... I basically invented this entire therapy routine myself🙂 and I can tell you, I've been doing this for about seven weeks now and things have seriously cleared up, like, really cleared up... right now I just have some white patches and a bit of pink in a few spots. Oh, and a couple of times I actually applied the raw pokeweed juice directly, but when you put that on, the area turns black where it works on the scales, so I definitely recommend wearing long sleeves🙂 I didn't take any photos of how it looked before because, let's be real, I didn't think it would actually work, but I can show you what it looks like now. My skin is still a little rough in those areas, but I'm gonna keep at it and see what happens... I'll check back in later to let you guys know how it's going🙂 but I didn't really see any real progress until about the third week... for anyone who doesn't know, pokeweed is this plant that leaks this orange juice when you snap it, and people use it to get rid of warts and stuff, and since it grows like crazy near my house, I figured I'd give using it a shot... 😁 and yeah, that's just how it goes... 🙂
Kisses🙂

hey there!!!
has anyone actually tried that ointment from Michael Ramos3?? if you have, please tell me everything, what happened, does it actually work??
right now I'm doing my own thing—taking fish oil, beta carotene, drinking some comfrey tea, and hitting the tanning salon once a week... I've also been slathering on some Vaseline, calendula, and St. John's Wort, basically whatever I can get my hands on a couple times a day, and honestly, after doing this daily for about three weeks, I'm seeing pretty awesome results. the last time I saw stuff clear up like this was using Belosalic, but only when I used it under an occlusive bandage every single night... I haven't even touched the Belosalic in 3 or 4 months now. so yeah, if anyone feels like being super dedicated and doing this routine every day, definitely give it a shot😉

Hey there!!!
I don't know who was asking if anyone deals with sweating issues, but yeah, count me in because I have a bit of a situation here🙂... I just don't sweat at all, which sounds like a dream to some, I guess, but it's weird... and honestly, it never even crossed my mind that it could be linked to psoriasis... who would've thought, right? Anyway, does anyone else struggle with Vitamin C? It seems like whenever I eat a little too much citrus, my skin just goes downhill fast.... Also, has anyone actually tried using Rosopas? Like, does anyone have any real-world experience with it??

Hey there!
Just had a quick question for you guys...🙂 does anyone deal with scalp psoriasis, and if so, what kind of shampoo are you actually using? I feel like I've cycled through a hundred different brands and nothing seems to touch it... total nightmare. I just picked up some Asebon recently and I've only washed my hair with it twice, but honestly, I think it might finally be the one that works...🙂
