Michael Ramos3, if you really think you've managed to get Psorcutan under control, maybe you should go see a shrink next to try and fix that brain of yours... I gotta hand it to you though, your stubbornness in trying to pull a fast one is just plain ridiculous. Anyway, how are the twins doing?😳who, me and Dragon 100?

Gregory Mendoza3 said:Alright, I promised I'd post some photos from when I first started treatment, and here they are.
I took these Monday night, but I finally found a spare second to actually upload them...
That's the psoriasis in the shot, and there's me right underneath it.

Look, man, I don't mean to sound like a know-it-all, but Chris Morgan67 is totally right—you need hospital care, period!
There's no magic cure or old wives' tale for this!
From what I can tell—and believe me, I've seen and read enough about this to know—this looks like erythrodermia already.
That's just bad news... really bad.

Hey everyone!
I'm back from vacation!
So I was reading page 9, and Real Big Mama mentioned her dad saw some spots in the bathtub, how they were fading, even though they kept acting up!
And honestly, it's true. Last year I spent A FEW DAYS at the Kulas resort and I had a little bit of a flare-up, but then it cleared up. And I was totally relaxed too.
Then I was out on the road recently and my skin was doing great (riding motorcycles, you know, all that stuff), I didn't use anything at all and everything stayed perfectly calm!
But the second I get back to the grind and being alone, whether I'm scratching or not, it just disappears on me, man (even if I'm not stressing).
One time my buddy Zeko Cat, who knows a thing or two about herbal stuff, told me: "I know exactly how to make that clear for you..." So I told him: "Yeah, well, buy me an apartment so I don't have to be a shut-in anymore, and a restaurant so I don't have to be a waiter!"
And so I drink...👍 and love my neighbor😘
Anyway, Zuja from page 9, if you're still hanging around somewhere, let's grab a drink at a bar sometime, keep it chill!😉

Right now I’m out in the Midwest, so don't go thinking I'm not keeping an eye out for any rattlesnakes!
I'll be back home in about 7 days, so then I can really get us up to speed on everything!
That HALICAR SALBE cream... honestly, it just doesn't do a thing for me! Not that it wouldn't work for someone else, of course...

Lawrence Ramirez3 said:When it comes to Naftalan Spa, the honest truth is that I walked out of there completely clear... not a single spot or speck left on my skin! Naftalan really does the trick. Now, it’s not exactly like those fancy hot springs in Colorado, but hey, if it works, it works, right? The staff was so sweet and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable—they basically live and breathe psoriasis and everything related to it. Personally, I've seen enough people struggling with psoriasis to know it actually makes a difference. Even some Italians who visited the Dead Sea were saying Naftalan works even better than the Dead Sea... but I won't go on too much or people will think I'm just running an ad for the clinic!

A medical clinic is what it is (it shouldn't be treated like a vacation resort), so calling it a "real advertisement" feels a bit much.
Don't hold it against me, though!

So, I’ve been using this HALICAR SALBE cream for about four days now... and honestly? Things actually seem to be getting worse! Now, full disclosure—I’ve also been using this Aloe Vera body lotion at the same time. I picked up a huge 500g tub of it for just five bucks, but I haven't really used it before this. It feels like it might be tightening my skin or maybe even drying it out too much... I can't quite tell if it's the aloe or what. Anyway, I'm going to try ditching the aloe for a bit and see if things settle down... fingers crossed!
Does anyone know anything? Anyone got the scoop...?

Elizabeth Lee49 said:Listen, everyone, we’re just healthy people dealing with some skin aesthetics issues here. So please, let's not get all heavy and depressing... definitely don't bring up anything as dark as suicide, heavens forbid! We're all totally fine, and we need to live life normally, right? Keep your heads up!

I am totally with you on that!
Does anyone happen to know how urea actually works? I stumbled upon these Dead Sea mineral bath salts that have 10% urea in them...
Also, is that St. John's Wort oil they sell at the beach just olive oil with some St. John's Wort mixed in?

I was reading on one of those forums that about 250 people die every year from psoriasis.👎
The real question is how many people end up taking their own lives because of this disease...
Most folks just have a milder version of it, so they don't even realize how dangerous things can get.

If there are around a million of us out there on this big old planet (not totally sure on the math!), then that number is honestly tiny!🙂 I'd bet most of those people aren't getting any medical help or anything at all! And hey, people pass away from much smaller things too...
When it comes to suicide, it isn't really the psoriasis itself—it's more about the mental state of the person suffering. People like that are always looking for reasons to struggle anyway.
Man, if only all the dangers in my life were limited to just psoriasis!👍

Elizabeth Lee49 said:I haven't even told you guys this part yet... but honestly, looking at my own family, nobody else deals with psoriasis. It’s just me! So, really, there are no set rules to follow here... none at all...

For Gregory Mendoza3... I'll go ahead and ask around about those injections!🙂
Rules don't really exist, I mean, that's just how things stand... but honestly? I've always felt like all of this has just been hidden away until now because people were too old-school or just didn't get it. It used to be that only one spouse even knew what was going on... just kept between the two of them... turns out that was just a lack of understanding...
Oh, man... my heart just aches for young Verter! Seriously... poor guy...😘 So, I was just talking to my uncle—he’s turning 80 pretty soon, can you believe that?—and he told me this crazy thing about family history... apparently, my dad’s uncle had a much tougher time with this, a way more severe case... and if he were still around, he would've actually been older than me... just wild how things line up like that...
Man, if he were still around today, he’d be 100 years old... can you imagine? My uncle actually dealt with a mild case of this from a mechanical injury once upon a time, and he managed to get it totally IZLEČEN... all thanks to some advice from a hunter over in Italy (and no, I don't mean anything to do with HUNTER!)...🙂 ...with some gun oil. My dad didn't have a clue about any of that stuff...
I should probably add that I had it on my hands too... my hands were a total mess! It all hit me about three years ago. Back then, I was driving a heavy-duty log truck equipped with a hydraulic crane, so I was constantly covered in grease and oil... just soaked in it. Honestly, I think that’s what caused it, because I didn't even bother with any kind of treatment at the time...
Since I already brought up the whole idea of hiding things... how do you all other members feel about that? What’s your take on it?! Write back!
I honestly feel like it’s so important not to hide who you are... because trying to mask it is just such an exhausting burden. Me? I haven't hidden a thing from the very start! At first, my mom thought it was a bit weird, and then my friends were kind of skeptical too, but everyone eventually got used to it. I have a really solid, chill group of friends now, so they don't even blink anymore... they actually embrace it. Plus, let's be real, I'm quite the hit at the clothing-optional beaches!😉 Reading between the lines here... I can see there are some different opinions floating around. Honestly? My advice to anyone hiding how they really feel is just to stop right now! Seriously, it’s so much easier that way... you aren't feeling all that pressure, and you won't deal with as many attacks! Plus, you actually get to the good stuff faster—like real info on medications and actual experiences... it just flows better!
I mean, I’ve said my piece, but honestly... we should just be grateful this whole mess isn't lethal!!! So we got hit with it, big deal. We still have our entire lives ahead of us to deal with this thing, chat away on these forums, live life to the fullest with our people, and maybe—just maybe—occasionally slip up a little bit... you know, just enough to remind ourselves to watch those bad habits!👍 Just imagine... I mean, really think about those poor souls who are facing the end... people whose life's hourglass is almost empty, with only a few tiny grains of sand left spinning through... it's just so heavy to think about...😳
Does anyone know of any kind of support group or meetup for people dealing with this... you know, besides just seeing specialists at a clinic? Like, somewhere we can actually hang out and talk? Anywhere at all?

Still hanging out here in Germany! I actually tracked down that HALICAR SALBE someone mentioned... I've only been using it for two days, but I'll let you guys know how it goes... Anyway, it's plant-based, so you can use it for a while without worrying too much.
I used PSORAL for itching, and it definitely helps, though personally, my itching hasn't been that bad.
And about all this talk of "advertising"... Look, we have to use actual names—like specific meds, spas, doctors, whatever—if we want to actually know what we're talking about!!!

Michael Ramos3 said:Look, I’m a religious guy through and through... my faith colors everything I see and how I act. Honestly, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, just like I don't think there's anything wrong with someone being an atheist (as they call themselves)...
I also truly believe that having FAITH in self-healing is enough to get someone better—it really just comes down to belief, belief, and more belief in whatever path leads you toward your goal.
As for "advertising"... well, if I find something great or discover something life-changing, I have to share it! But the second you speak up publicly, people jump on you and call it an ad. So what, should we all just stay silent? If I say, "Hey, I was in San Francisco and met this guy named Peru who knows Mika, who makes this incredible sunscreen that gives you a tan instantly," well... okay! Now I'm "advertising" Peru, Mika, and their product. Typical...

Since the internet is such a massive, global thing, I want to make one thing clear: I don't feel like a guest here among you all. I'm keeping my right to not respond to nimbledriver81, because she’s back to talking about where God comes from, and let's be real, that's totally not what this forum is about...

Please, bear with me... I'm really hoping some of the veteran members of this forum will start posting more frequently than I do very soon...

And once again...

With faith in Bog

Best regards,

We aren't "atheists," we just aren't believers. And we are just regular people—the very same kind of people from whom you believers originally emerged long ago!!!

Susan Lopez97 said:I don't know how much you guys know about this, and I didn't have the energy to dig through all 25 pages... but over in Canada, there's this "honey of life" stuff that, when paired with a cream called "psorex," actually works for psoriasis. My mom keeps it stocked at her pharmacy, and honestly, once someone tries it, they're hooked... they always come back for more.

I just jumped in here because I wanted to tell buca_ljuca that, yeah, every single person dealing with psoriasis ends up coming back for their meds—whether it’s the same kind or something else entirely. Anyway... some "lady" actually attacked me about this five years ago! Back then, I bought a dermatology book by Bogdan Zrnic and some psychiatry texts, too, so things started making way more sense to me about two years ago. I even went to see Zrnic in person, and besides my usual routine, he recommended the therapeutic baths at KULASI near Prnjavor. It's one of only two spas in all of Europe specifically for us... And since I'm from B. Luka, it’s super close by! It really helps... By total coincidence, last winter I was out working in Afghanistan with NATO, and a Dutch doctor there gave me some Triamcinolone acetonide cream. Man, I was covered in spots... totally blotchy... but in seven days, it was cut in half! After two months of therapy, almost everything cleared up. I was on vacation and feeling great. But now, I've separated myself from my family again (they're in Germany) and Mother Nature decided to give me those leopard spots back... just to make sure I look "extra pretty" during summer fun at the beach and pools...
