I've got psoriasis, so I'm in the same boat.
In my opinion, you have to tackle psoriasis from both sides—inside and out—but the internal stuff is what really matters.
If psoriasis is basically just the immune system overproducing cells because it's getting the wrong "feedback," then logically, we need to find a way to fix that feedback loop at the source.
Setting aside steroid-based creams for a moment (because I don't want to make things worse), I’m curious if anyone here knows anything about other types of treatments.
I stumbled upon a website for a specialist and had a chat with him about managing this. He mentioned that as long as the patient isn't diabetic, certain options work, and he listed a few medications, one of which was MGN3. Since I'm no expert, I was hoping someone could help me figure out if that specific one is steroid-based or not.
