Do you happen to know if the pharmacy you use ships internationally, or do you have to be physically present in America to buy it?

Could someone please clarify how I should be using olive oil, St. John's Wort oil, and that Pavlovice cream...? Should I be applying them one at a time, or rotate through them every day? I'm a little confused about the best way to do this, and since I'm running pretty low on everything, I really want to make sure I'm using what's left effectively so I can maintain my skin... just trying to be mindful of my supplies, I guess...🙂

So what other solutions are we supposed to look into besides creams, pills, and sitting in the sun?...😕 We'd all be thrilled if we could just get rid of these awful spots for good!!!!! I've been dealing with this for about 10 years, and things have only just started looking up for me! Best wishes...

The only thing is, it's a bit of a hassle for me to get my hands on, since I have to order it from Italy. Though, I think I read somewhere else on this forum that TOKENU ointment is also supposed to be pretty good..............
