Psoriasis [PLEASE READ FIRST POST!] in Health ·
Hey everyone 🙂

So, I’ve been dealing with these tiny little pits on my nails for quite a while now—probably somewhere in the five to eight-year range. They look almost like someone took a needle to them. It’s got me wondering: could this actually be linked to psoriasis?
Aside from those little indentations, my nails seem fine, and there isn't any weirdness with my skin around the cuticles or anything.

On the flip side, I’ve been battling seborrheic dermatitis for years. It’s spread across my face—mostly my nose, the area around it, part of my chin, and my eyebrows—as well as my hairline. I do manage to keep it under control, though, thanks to some specific shampoos (Selsun Blue and Vichy have been total lifesavers for my oily scalp) and applying a homemade flaxseed mask to my face every single day.

But honestly, these nails are starting to really worry me. Even though nothing has changed drastically over the years, it feels like those little pits might be spreading or covering more surface area lately. Is that just my imagination, or should I be concerned?

I would truly appreciate any advice you all might have 🙂
Thanks in advance for the help 🙂
