Has anyone here actually tried the sage tea therapy I outlined?
If you have, please let me know how it worked for you!

Hi there.
Since 1993, I’ve been battling psoriasis that once covered 90% of my body. I cycled through every conceivable cream, lotion, gel, and shampoo on the market—most of them high-end, expensive brands that promised the world but delivered nothing. That struggle dragged on until '97, when I met an older woman who insisted that bathing with sage tea was a highly effective way to suppress and clear psoriasis.
With my options running dry, I decided to give it a shot. Six months later, I could hardly believe it: my skin was completely clear, without a single spot or scale left. I wanted to document the preparation and application process here so you can try it yourselves.

1-Boil 1 liter (or less, if needed) of water, then remove it from the heat. Add one or two tablespoons of edible SALVIA tea (use 1-2 tablespoons per liter of water). Once combined, cover the pot and stir occasionally while letting the liquid cool to a comfortable temperature for soaking the affected areas.
2-Shower first to ensure your skin isn't oily, then dry yourself thoroughly.
3-Apply the brewed tea by rubbing it in or pouring it over the psoriasis, and let it air dry without wiping it off. Ideally, this treatment should be done right before bed, every single day until the psoriasis has fully receded. After that, you can scale back to once a week.

It worked for me, so I hope it does the same for you.
